We rented an excavator, a small one, designed to dig holes, not clear trees. They were friendly to deal with, I was friendly with them. They explained when to have it back. Id never met these folk until this last weekend, but I understand their position, this is a business, youre not borrowing from a family member. Im thankful they were here for me to rent a very expensive piece of equipment for very little money. Thank you very much, jon

I dropped off an echo blower for service and was told they would look at it in a few days to a week. Once that time had passed they got very rude when I called for a status and now state that since it was not purchased there it would be another week to week and a half before they could look at it. I understand they are busy but being rude and not giving the correct information I’m the beginning isn’t my fault. I was going to purchase a new trimmer for my husband but I won’t do any business with this company again. Plenty more places around that will happily take my money.

Rude people. Have to rent there trailer to haul anything. Made me rent a trailer for a tractor. My trailer was better and could hold the weight. Now they said my truck couldnt pull the trailer. I would look for any other place then them to rent equipment from. I know i will and tell my freinds not to rent from them. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!

Rented their man lift for a day so I could cut some tree limbs that were hanging over my house. I read the google reviews prior to visiting. The employee I talked to (I think his name was Jimmy) was perfectly pleasant and nice. I cant speak on other peoples accounts of the staff being rude, but I had none of those problems. Their pricing for the rental was very reasonable as well and the man lift worked very well with no issues.

Called and recieved quote, explained what I was doing. Clearing some scrub oaks from tree line, needed a mini excavator. Gave me quote, then when I went in to reserve. We dont rent for land clearing. Fn bs. Picking small scrubs isnt land clearing. Will never rent and will pass this along. P.s. funny your reply says you dont rent excavators for land clearing but yet a guy in my shop rented one to clear stumps off his property the following week. From you. Sad

I rented a skid steer and they were very helpful. Also rented an auger and had some issues but they fixed it quick. Would do business again.

Their equipment broke down and they refused to compensate me. They offered no help when I called to tell them about the fork lift not starting. My neighbor was able to find that the fuse had blown so I was able to finally use the equipment. They told me that I get what use I got out of it. They dont care about their customers.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!!!! Never ever go here, I am at fault for the additional charge for the equipment as I was 30 minutes late turning it in but he charged me another full days rent as a penalty. There was no discussion the rudest human being trying to run a business. There is a much better place in FWB that has customer service along with serviceable equipment in stock. WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!

Yes, the gentleman is EXTREMELY RUDE. He cuts you off when you are talking and talks down to you. I thought it was just me but now I am reading the reviews and if I had done this before, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I did let him know that in spite of the fact I need to use the equipment again, I would NEVER rent from him again. I reported the way I was treated to another friend who informed me, he also was treated rudely. I hope enough people take their business elsewhere so he learns some manners. It was nice having this facility nearby but I was told that there is a rental facility in Fort Walton that is nicer to deal with and will also drop off and pick up the equipment in Crestview. Think Ill use them next time. Plus, there are other local companies with similar rates. Im actually willing to pay a bit more just to be treated with courtesy like an appreciated customer.

Have bought and rented a couple things here. Had very bad experience with floor machine. Did not work, pad ripped in first 5 minutes of using machine. Screwed me out of another 85 bucks for bringing back past 8 am. Got it back by 10:30. Only late because we had to rent another machine since we could not use there’s. Use caution here don’t return something even 1 second late you’ll pay the big bucks.

Rude and broken/poorly maintained equipment. I couldnt finish what I intended to do because the bolts and nuts kept coming off the hammer I rented from them. Dont make the mistake I did, go to Home Depot, the peace of mind and reliability you get is worth the extra money.Please be leary of any good reviews about this place. Theyre probably from their employees

Everything worked out perfect. There are a bunch of negative reviews saying they are rude. They werent overly nice but Im not a princess so I dont care. Good prices and I will rent again from here.

Some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. We went to rent a tiller on Saturday (first time ever using one). We arrived at 11:45 and were told we had to come back at 12:00 as they dont rent before then... (really 15 minutes??) So, we go over to McDonalds and grab a coffee during our wait... ( btw we were the only cusomers at the crest view rental). We arrive back at 12:00 to now see if we can conduct business, the salesperson checked us out, refused to show us how to work the tiller and then walked away, as if not hearing us. We had to get a total stranger to help us load it on the truck. There is no way to return items on Sunday, and if not returned by exactly 8:00 am you will be charged another day!!! I would suggest they take some lessons in customer service! I will never return.

This in response to Jeff Burget review . Mr Burget rented a machine Sept 01,2018 at 12:00 that required the purchase of sand paper he only wanted to buy 1 piece of paper he said he was right down the road and if the machine did what they wanted it to do he would be right back for more sand paper. Mr Burget never showed back up, and by contract the the machine was due back Tuesday Sept 4th by 8:00 am for our weekend special which was almost 3 days for a 1 day charge. So at 9:00 am Tuesday we havent heard from Mr. Burget we called to check on our equipment he said that he was at another rental store returning there equipment, we told him he was late on returning the equipment he had rented from Crestview Ready Rent. Crestview Ready Rent did everything that they were suppose to do, we was open to return is equipment between 6 am - 8am, we even called him a 9am and still took him 1 1/2 hours to return the rental property. Mr Burget rented under the name Aegis Contracting out of Crestview so i would beware of him and his company, not very professional and definitely dont respect a contract!

Whoever answered the phone was rude and not innformative. Work on your customer service skills. After not answering my questions he proceeded to just hangup on me.

Had the right tools and fair prices, they even helped with the load up and unloading. I will use them every time Im in crestview

This place will rob you. Ive done lots of business with them not by choice but after the last 3 times Ive rented tractors they have been faulty. I called to let them know after I got to the job they said bring it by Im the morning we will take care of it, then they dont do anything but tell me its a safety switch(but I didnt see a switch and it was still doing the same thing malfunctioning after the guy did w whatever to it) why didnt they tell me about a switch when I called trying to fix it myself with them on the phone, they were unhelpful and didnt care, .......adaptive in fort walton would hasbe brought a new piece out to me within 30 minutes. DO NOT RENT HERE. After all this they still wanted another 500$ damage deposit plus the cost of tthe equipment. These people are criminals. Id be out of business if I conducted business the way they do. I expected at least an Im sorry or they could comp a free day or at least 4 hours or even the trailer rental. Bottom line these people suck.

Dont ever go here ! Johnny is rude and unprofessional, all of there equipment breaks down and they try to blame on you. I would highly recommend staying far away from this place!

Was due to have equipment on site at 8:00 to unload trucks. Did not arrive until 9:30. Caused some angry truckers that dont get paid to sit around and wait on slow inconsiderate people!

This place will rip you off. Trust me I dropped $200 on a BS chainsaw that they refuse to fix! The owner is a two bit criminal!!!!
