Absolutely the worst nail experience I have ever had! We were there for 3 HOURS! They took another client while they were working on me, one of my nails was breaking and they main put super glue all over my finger. The next day, another nail broke off. Two days later, my toe was so INFECTED from the pedicure, I had to go to the ER to get antibiotics and then have my toe nail removed. THE WORST, MOST EXPENSIVE AND HORRIBLE service ever!

I really tried to give them another (like 4th to be honest) chance. Ive been coming here off and on since they originally opened... and its been all downhill.I usually get my nails done near my moms, an hour away. Im down there often, and they do a much better job, including have much better prices, than anywhere on the mountain. I didnt have time this week to go to my normal spot, so in a pinch, Id try here again. After all, all I needed was a fill, and gel paint job. What could really go wrong?I showed up 30 minutes after open time, per their window times... they were closed. Called back about a half hour later... no answer. At 1115 am (an hour and 15 minutes after they should have opened) I get a call from them. I ask if theyre now open, he says yes. I make an appointment for 1. I get there about 1220, I was driving by and figured if I had to sit and wait, Id sit. Their lot was empty. No customers inside, so they take me right away. Theres 2 people working there... thats it. Nail tech tells me hes the only one doing nails, she does pedis. Ok. Whatever. Gets started... took 1 hour and 45 minutes for a FILL!! I was falling asleep.Now... to the gel paint job. He puts coat on super thick... was getting white, which usually takes 2 if not 3, coats. He was trying to get full coverage with one coat. Well now its so thick, it didnt fully dry in the gel UV light. I could feel it was tacky... and he only had me run it through the light 1 time. Now he does the clear coat... again, each hand in light one time. I feel my thumb still tacky after the UV light again! I tell him, my thumbs not dry. He says, yes it is.. the light dries it, then takes a cotton ball doused in alcohol and wipes down all my nails. Now lets talk about payment. I paid what I did for a full service down the hill. Whatever.So now Im driving home, I decide to run my finger over my thumb nail... and its touch! I look at said nail... you can see where he smeared the gel polish with the cotton ball, as well as there being a little black lint for embedded in the paint. I really prefer to keep my money local, but with businesses like this, the extra gas money to drive down the hill is becoming more and more worth it.The pictures of my thumb nail is literally 2 hours after service.

Very disappointed. I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. I was sat in the massage chair with cold water and never touched. 45 minutes later they lady came to me. I expressed my frustration and dissatisfaction. Explained I purposely made an appointment so both services can be done. By that time I only had time left for a manicure. 2 hours later I paid for an over priced manicure and horrible job. This is my first time as a customer. I have taken my daughter twice before today and again their time management is horrible. I will not return. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and give our mountain community business but “mountain timeframe” doesn’t work for me. Very dissatisfied!!!

I’ve never had someone be so meticulous with my nails. They did an excellent job on my mom and sister’s pedicures as well.

Save your time me money and go to another salon! Horrible service and even worse work. Had to have them removed and new set put on the following day at another salon

I live in Colorado and am now splitting half my time here in crestline. I had old dip nails on from back home they took them off painlessly. Also they told me about any up charges for my new full set. $10 extra for holographic. I said no problem. The guy took his time fitted each tip and shaped them the way I wanted. The only downside Is I should have had him file the corners of them a little better before I left some are a little sharp. But fair prices I paid $60 with a tip for take off, full set and “fairy dust” I’ll come back.

Nice people, always happy. Nails are good but not the best I ever had. Their personal attention is why I keep going back. If you dont like the nails they try hard to fix it exactly the way you like. And they like my music I play on my phone. Keeping business local.

I had the best manicure and pedicure this afternoon with Nguyen. The salon is immaculate and I had his full attention the entire time I was there. I highly recommend this nail salon .

They were very nice and did a great job. She also did my four year old and my nieces toes! We had a relaxing time.

Ehh I came here when it was not busy at all and got a full set (coffin style or was supposed to be) and a pedicure. Anyway for the price they charged it was just not worth it. My nails arent even at the ends and the pinky finger is longer than the others and they are squared and chunky... I just didnt want to drive down the mountain but it would have been better than going there. Sad that this is our only option other than blue jay.

Was here a couple months ago and finally have time to review this place. Im giving it a one-star because I dont have no other choice but this is a really bad nail place Ive ever been to! I paid over 60$ plus tips for a set of nails and a pedicure. But look at what they did! I was injured on that day having a pedicure with a “gentleman” in this shop. Rude staffs. Barely speaking English. I do not recommend Crestline nails & spa.

The prices are very high . The people who work here are too hard to understand and they dont like people who ask questions about prices . I got finger acrylic nails for 2 people and according to the brochure it shouldnt have cost more than 60$ . But the total was 90$ . I tried to ask what the other 30$ was charged for and they wouldnt tell me . The area inside is nice but when it comes to service this is not the best place to go . I will never go there again . They are liars . They take your money . They take advantage of you . I am never going there again .

I love this place great prices I got acrylics and ped for under 50 dollars they listen to what you want and there respectful but sometimes it’s not the best work you get what your paying for I still love this place though!

I was there for two and a half hours they both were working on my nails and toes I had an appointment and they took another person in while they were working on me and said they get back to me after they were done with her. I spent over $65 and walked out extremely unhappy my fingernails look like toenails they were on even Messi I will not be going back and do not recommend it
