4 weeks in a row there has been no recycling available so our efforts to split it at home are wasted. Drove to two other Burrtec sites and no recouping there either. We pay for recycling this is unacceptable. Light years behind other countries.

Your personnel are great. Picking up the trash by hand is a tough job, we really appreciate you all.

They take advantage of the fact that they are the only trash service up here in the mountains. Theyve skipped us numerous times, yet expect our bill to be paid on time. I would be embar. rassed to work for a company this dysfunctional

These are some really nice people at Mountain Disposal: Tiffany, Robert Sam and all, have all been so helpful in getting my new home service set up. They made everything so easy and were all so kind and supportive. Thank you to one and all for your outstanding customer service!

I can no longer even leave the lids on my trash cans because he throws them on top of my flowers! I’m SICK of picking up trash up and down our whole street because of this lazy guy! Redwood Drive in Valley of Enchantment

We have called several times for pick ups of recycling or items that do not fit in the trash, they come by and move it and leave it messily and DO NOT PICK IT UP, we call and they say “they have not been by there” and still have until 6:30 to pick up completely recyclable boxes. They still not have not picked them up and will be leaving a bad review at the better business bureau.

The service is OK. Theyre always polite on the phone and at their drop off locations.Reason for the 3 starts are as follows:1. Outdated Holiday Schedule Their drop off locations were closed Easter Sunday this year (2020). So either update your website or get some Atheists in there.2. Their hours of operation state 5:45PM but they WILL NOT let you dispose of trash after 5:00PM.On a side note, I was informed that the reason why pine needles are not recyclable is because theyre too acidic. The more you know!

Every winter its the same deal - a light dusting of snow and they dont show up. They dont tell their customers theyre not coming, so everybody puts their trash out and the animals get in it.

Russ, my collector up here on Peak Circle, is just the BEST! He has gone out of his way to educate me in a very warm way, about how to keep my trash safe from the bears (I have 2 nightly visitors) and where to place it.He even offered to keep a look out for my dog that got lose today.I was going to switch over to taking my trash to the disposal sites but will continue with pick up because of Russ.

I HAVE CALLED ON 5 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS TO TELL THEM MY TRASH HAS BEEN FAILED TO BE PICKED UP CURBSIDE. WHEN ASKED FOR A CREDIT FOR THESE FAILED PICKUPS. TIFFANY PASSED THE BUCK ON THE ROUTE SUPERVISOR FOR HIM TO DECIDED TO ISSUE ME A CREDIT. pOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst service I’ve ever dealt with. As if making people pay for a service they don’t even use isn’t enough, they have some of the worst people working for them. Tiffany is extremely rude and tries to cut you off before you can finish your sentence. After asking to speak to a supervisor, Robert wasn’t much help either. I have gone three weeks without my trash being picked up. And after numerous times of picking up what won’t fit in bins, I have accumulated trash from neighbors as well. But being a good mountain citizen and picking up trash in the streets isn’t something that Mountain Disposal will help with. Now, going on our fourth week of no trash pick up, I have reported them to the county.

I thought the holiday last Monday moved the normal pick up day to Saturday. I had to hold onto my trash. Then, today Wednesday a Mountain Disposal driver named Steve was helping a neighbor. I told him of my situation and he swung by and picked up my garbage. I thought what he did was awesome. Hears to Steve, and Mountain Disposal!

Review in progress...Nice chatting with Missy about the particulars of the offerings. Thankful for live people answering phones and in-town hospitality imparting positivity in all things. This is a regular service that is also philanthropic to the communities in which it serves. Auto-pay is available and you can set this up on-line or call direct.Recyling program in effect and container are provided at no charge. Programs range based on your particular needs---from drop off to pick up. Grateful I am (sepsis in any form is bad for health).

Dawn is the single worst CSR I have ever dealt with. Dawn has not problem hanging up on paying customers or just plain being rude. Dawn hing up on me 3 times today for asking a simple question. When I was finally able to reach another rep, I reached Tiffany. Tiffany is awesome. She was professional, courteous and apologized that I was treated that way. Tiffany is an excellent employee. Ive delt with the CSR supervisor in the past, and with how rude and dismissive he was, I can see why people like Dawn are allowed to act like she did.Tiffany needs to be the supervisor. She is everything your company should want as an example to other CSRs.

This company burns piles of garbage in the residential area right in their location place. Every week-end between late night and early morning they do that. It stinks, as if they burn tons of dead rats. I dont know why noone, who lives near their location, seems to be bothered by that fact. Maybe people just dont want to get in trouble. But for decades, or, at least, for several years, the residents of this area must have been breathing all these poisonous toxins, that come out of the flames of burning garbage. I know few residents, who have heart problems. Do you really think that its just coincidence ?
