I came to ask help to get fit and get back in shape. After demo lesson i i was asking my self why i didnt came to these guys years ago !!! MMA Stop has a phenomenal staff, they have years of experience teaching MMA and it shows in how the classes are run. MMA Stop has a great atmosphere and a very positive environment to learn, the students are very welcoming and just overall a great group. This is great gym with excellent faculty’s and a large space. I really enjoy training there great please to learn and an unbelievable way to get in shape!!

Finding this MMA Gym was One of the best things that ever happened to me, at 27 years old I got into better shape than every other year before it ... The Coaches, the comradery and People who seemed to want you to succeed at your Goals was a foreign concept to me ... Being apart of something like this came at a time when I desperately needed a place like this to belong, from meeting with With Clay on a pretty regular basis getting Darth choked by him :) to running into UFC Fighters in the locker room when I was getting ready for class overall you cant beat the experience.

Friendly relaxed staff, good equipment, kinda pricey, clean, lots of classes, great for kids and adults. Im currently taking Muay Thai and loving it, coaches are nice but stern and they push you. Learning a lot everyday.

Great owners! The place is always immaculately clean. The equipment variety is good. Sometimes a wait at the busier times of the day.

Love this place! My son and I have been training here for years. The classes are geared to any level of experience. It doesnt matter if you are a beginner or a pro. The coaches really make this place great. No matter how big or small the classes may be, you always get one on one instruction. I would highly recommend anyone to give this gym a try and see for yourself.

I have been training at MMA stop for about a year and a half now and this place is like a second home to me. Coach Danny is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about teaching. I highly recommended mma stop fitness to everyone that is willing to put in the work.

Best gym ever!!! The coaches are great and the staff is even better. If your looking to loose weight, learn a new discipline, or become a future fighter this is where you need to be. My son trains here to and went from competing at the beginner level to expert in just a year. He now dominate his division easily. Now Im training for a future fight. Theres no better place to train.

Great gym, staff is very friendly, huge facilities, all the equipment you need. At the peak times there are still plenty of free equipment.

I stared training at this gym over 3 years ago and was looking for a way to lose some weight. Working one on ones with head coach, Danny Millraney, and taking their classes, I was able to drop from 200 to 130 lbs quickly. This gym has become my family away from home. The level of instruction and training is at the highest level. I now have more self-esteem, confidence and great self defense skills that I can carry on through life. Im looking forward to starting my daughter in their little tigers program and watch her skills grow as well

Cant really say it any better than the many other positive reviews; this gym really stands out. In particular the welcoming atmosphere, busy class schedule, and most importantly, talented coaching staff who can really teach, not just do!

All I have to say is Outstanding facility all the way from cleanliness to the staff. Top notch coaching that doesnt only cater to fighters but as well as us beginners! If youre not training here youre not training.

Best gym in the town everyone there is friendly and helpful Coach Danny is the best, currently 2-0 in boxing because of him his level of coaching is the best I high recommend coming to the gym

I removed my past review because I wanted to give them another shot. I specifically called yesterday to confirm someone would be here today (Sunday) for the 10am BJJ class. It is 1020 and not one car in the lot. This also happened last weekend, I was assured someone would be here and I waited 45mins for no one to show. This is completely unacceptable as a business, and as a martial arts school shows 0 discipline. Is 10am too early? Clearly these guys have no sense of professionalism, courtesy, or of schedules. Wasted another Sunday trying to attend a class when I could be in an actual responsible gyms class. Clearly they have no business for a reason, Everytime Ive been here there are maybe 2 people in class. I wonder if clay knows how terribly a gym with his name on it is being run.

My daughter has been training here for about 6 months and she jus competed in her first bjj tournament and did very with the help of the coach’s and the support of all the staff and her training partners as a parent I couldn’t be more happier. Would recommend this place 1000xs over

Mmastop Fitness consistently exceeds excellence. In 1.5 years, I can say that the coaches are more than great. Theyre outstanding. The students/ fighters have a close bond & are very helpful. Open 7 days/wk with great hours. Top of the line training equipment. I love that Im able to bring my kids and let them play while Im in class. I have learned 3 times as much at Mmastop than I did at my last gym and thats in 1/2 the amount of time. I highly recommend this place! My family & friends love it here.
