Neighbor kid broke my garage window, and I called Nick to help me replace the window. He was very great with helping me get the correct measurements so I could order the glass. It wasnt before long that the glass was ready for me to pick up. It was nice quality and cut to the correct size the first time. Would 100% call Nick again!

Nick came over to check out our broken window and see what he could do to help us. My first couple phone calls to other places immediately said they could only replace the entire window. Nick was so quick, professional, and helpful. He fixed the problem instead of trying to just charge us a ton to just replace it. We had a single pane of glass get cracked in a front window and needed it repaired. I called three places and had trouble reaching anyone live. I called Rhino and Nick was out the next morning to give an estimate. He ordered the glass and when it came in early he called and squeezed me in to his Friday afternoon. Top Notch! I had a couple of companies come in to look at my windows and quote. Feel like I lost half my life with them until Nick from Rhino came over. No nonsense, no hassle, and extremely friendly. He came in I showed him what I wanted done, he immediately started taking measurements and telling me what he would do. Was in and out in probably 20 min (5 windows & I ask a lot of questions). Got my quote later that day, best price Ive seen. three weeks later all my glass plus a new window was in and he was ready to go. He brought his crew with them they were all great, got the job done quick. Its been over 2 weeks now, weve had some serious storms including more hail and everything is looking fantastic! Companies like Rhino Glass are why I support locally owned, mom-and-pop businesses. I called for a quote, and Nick came out personally within about an hour of my call. The price was quite reasonable, the turnaround time was quick (and faster than quoted), and the service was excellent. I have already recommended them to a friend! Rhino Glass is a great company to work with. Nick came out on a Sunday afternoon to look at our window. It turned out that our window wasn’t broken but that we were closing it incorrectly. Nick explained how to close it so that it is shut tightly, was kind and professional, and I am thankful he took the time to help. Had a broken upper panel on the second story. Price was 75% of another company who came out and told me it would take two guys an hour to install it when I questioned their price. Rhino came out, measured and ordered the panel and returned and installed in it 20 minutes, one guy! He also fixed a few of my screens that the cat had destroyed. Very friendly, price was right. Good local business.

Amazing & highly recommended! I called Andersen - the original manufacturer and installer of our bay window not once, but twice. The first time, the local company advised I call Andersen Corporate and see if my window was still under warranty (We were not the original purchasers) and cancelled my consultation despite my objection and request they still come out; a few months later I contacted them again and was told I would have to replace all 4 individual windows that make up my bay window, not just the one that was broken and still no consultation. Forget Andersen at this point, too big of a company that cares too little; so I called Rhino since they were close to home & Nick stopped by the same day to check the window out and advised he could replace the broken ONE, no problem. A week later, my window was in and installed and it looks awesome! Highly recommended and will utilize them in the future. Thank you!

Well Nick from Rhino came out to look at my broken window. I can tell from the get go he looked like he did not want to do the job. So after taking measurements he headed out saying well call you with the quote. Well a week went by without hearing from them. So I decided to call and say Hey did you forget about me. Nick was the one who answered and said Oh yeah let me get the information together and call you back. Again another week went by. So I called out another contractor who came, completed in a timely manner. I would highly not recommend calling Rhino Glass - Poor service!!
