Rented a soil pipe snapper, got it home to use and it would jam up as soon as the chain got snug on the pipe. Tool was just wore out. When I showed up to rent the tool I was told that They werent sure that any of their snapper were working due to jammed up snappers. I know how to use the tool; Tool did not work and all they did was take $10 off my $27 bill.

When you think Rentals, this location in Crest Hill is the place to go. Doug, Mike and the rest of the team are genuinely interested in helping. They are knowledgeable and always explain different options. My last two projects they saved me HOURS of labor with their insight into using different tools. I live in North Aurora and use the Crest hill location for my business rentals. Doug goes out of his way to get things done for you if they don’t have something in stock. I use tow behind air compressors for work and he got more in knowing I needed them soon.

Everyone here is great. Very accommodating and helpful. My fathers company, my plumbing friends company, and now mine are only renting from here. I even get all the tables and chairs for parties from here. You cant go wrong

I recently rented a paint sprayer from this location and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I was inexperienced with the machine and they gave me a full demonstration and never made me feel stupid while thoroughly explaining to me how to use and clean the machine. During usage, I experienced great difficulty (user error) and I called them for help. They were very instructive and patient on the phone and never made me feel inept (though I was!). The morning I was to return the sprayer they even called to see if I had had success with the machine. I was misquoted the rental price when I initially booked it and they even stood behind the misquoted price, though it was a THIRD of what I should have paid. Highly recommend this location, especially if you are the DIY mom type and can use all the extra instruction possible!!!

What a dump the store has dirt all over stuff for sale, cigarette smell, papers all over counter i wouldnt buy anything in the store corporate needs to told of this store. Staff is nice but they need to keep store cleaner. I was disgusted from the dirty store so I walked out.

Always have what you need, you can call them about service issue. You can check their website . The only thing that done is rental brain for some people that cant think or are to lazy look for their selves.
