Mediocre cleaning job that resulted in having to pay for another cleaning crew to pick up areas they missed. I was rushed through approving their work, and missed these areas on my hasty walk-through. Additionally, the owner has anger issues that she should try to get worked out. Called to ask for a partial refund due to being required to call in another cleaning crew, and was immediately met with anger despite my willingness to show these areas. Ultimately, the owner disconnected the call in the middle of our discussion out of rage. Hanging up on customers is poor form. Dont waste your money with this crew - hire professionals. Pictures attached to show the areas that needed to be re-cleaned.
