When I first went there 3 years ago, no problem. Now that Ive paid almost $20,000 almost 4,000 of that is fees paid for attorney... yet Ive been calling min of Twice a day, leaving messages, their call center says they are emailing my attorney...NO RESPONSE. FOOLISHNESS!! Im going to look up my attorney and update it here.

This office is amazing. They make the process so not scary at all. You are comfortable while in the office and they answer any and all questions you might have. I was very pleased with all the staff.

I went to Debtstoppers to see if bankruptcy was the right option for me. First I walk into the office to find a very standoffish receptionist but then I had to hear an attorney basically berating a client, unacceptable!! As far as my situation it may have been very unique so I understand that maybe bankruptcy wouldn’t fix the issue but I didn’t even receive a phone call or follow up email to let me know what my options were!! I’m thankful that I didn’t waste my time with Debtstoppers, thanks for nothing!!

First and foremost this is office needs more of a friendlier Receptionist because filing bankruptcy is a very sensitive matter. Secondly Lawyers have a reputation of being “crooks and Liars” now my matter was taken care of there however nothing is promised and set in stone. I was told ONE thing and ANOTHER happened. Lastly if You want thses services brace yourself, make sure read everything and have a complete understanding. The moral is a Lawyer will file a case for you and everything will NOT be 100% accurate.. more like a Maybe/Maybe not Before a case is Discharged. Please by all means Do research

Rip off, unprofessional, if you are one day late on your payment they are ready to sue you. They need to learn how to be more patient regarding their payments. Isnt that the reason why youre going bankrupt in the first place??????
