When I was in a minor fender bender I was able to call Bill right away for assistance. The other person involved was on their phone speaking accident and help then dialing numbers while on hold. I knew then how important it was to me to have a real, personable, agent! His first question is always Is everyone okay, Is anyone hurt? and he is great at helping in tough times by putting things into a positive perspective. Also, Lynn at the front desk goes above and beyond in customer support! Highly recommend!
