Ive used Rousculps several times. The first time was a few years ago in the middle of winter when my furnace went out and I had to get a whole new system. Todd and his guys were great! They came out the same day and checked us out and I got a new unit the next day. Recently Ive had air conditioning issues. I needed some repair work done. The were fast and got my problem resolved quickly! I will continue to use them! Theyre professional, friendly and efficient! Thanks for a great job getting us cool again!!!

He came on a Sunday and was back the next morning with the part we needed. It was much appreciated that he got our air working again so quickly. Fantastic! My mom and Step dad had them replace both the furnace and air conditioner unit. The units are quiet and American made product. They responded very quickly and the price was responsible.The guys who put it in were great, friendly answering any questions.My mom and step dad highly recommend them and have already sent one referral and are sending a second one now.

Came home last night around 9 PM and found out the Central Air failed. It was hot as blazes in the house over 80 degrees. Knew nobody would answer on a Saturday night so I called Todd on Sunday morning not knowing if he would respond or not. This was around 0830. Got their answering service and Todd called me back almost immediately. He called back within 10 minutes with an ETA and had a tech over in around an hour. Repair completed on a Sunday morning. Fantastic Service.Tech was very friendly and did a great job checking and explaining everything. A capacitor had failed. I expected a bill of at least $500 if not more. It came in at less than $400 and the house is cool.I was expecting to be without air for a couple of days but they came through and were fantastic.Thank you Rousculps.

Our furnace was 20 years old. My husband smelled odor on Wednesday night, Thursday Todd and Jeff were here did thorough check of furnace was giving off excessive heat, checked house for carbon . Explained cost difference on replacing with 96% or 80% efficient furnace. We opted for the 96%. Said he could installed next day which was Friday February 28. My husband is still amazed how fast it could be done. We had Todd and Juan as installers. They are the best. Covered carpeted areas of home, wore slippers and worked from morning till late in day. Very friendly and efficient working guys. And Todd stopped by to check on the job. Can’t say enough about the service we received. Thank you Todd, Jeff, and Juan

We have been using Rousculps for 20 years or more. I appreciate Todds no nonsense approach to his business. In all of those years, Ive never had any problems with their work. They have done everything from basic maintenance to installing a new furnace and a/c unit. Every job is handled with the same professionalism no matter how big or small.

Todd has been my heating and cooling go to guy ever since I met him at my aunt and uncles where he happened to be servicing their equipment during a visit on their house. I was impressed with his explanation to them and then the praises I heard after he left the room. That was well over 20 years. He and his crew are respectful of your property, clean up after themselves and keep up with technology. Most recently Jordan and Todd, as usual, were 5 star.

Got an appointment right away, tech showed up on time and ready to go. Tech explained what he was doing, and what needs to be done and gave options. We patched my problem, so I know it will break again, but if/when it does, I will be calling these guys back to help me out. Super polite staff - phone and tech. Upfront about all costs, nomial fees. So unfortunately my furnace went out during the tail end of polar vortex a couple weeks ago. I had called another place before I had gotten the phone number for Rousculps twice, and by the time the other place had gotten back to me, Lesia had already squeezed me into their already jammed packed schedule. By 12 pm the same day, I had already gotten the much dreaded diagnosis I knew was coming (my furnace was 41 years old and the previous owners did not take care of it whatsoever). Todd was straight forward with me and even pointed out some other things in my basement that had nothing to do with the HVAC. Lesia helped me with the financing portion of it and she was a god send when she told me that financing was available(my very first thought when all this happened was there is no way I can afford a new system ). Installation took 2 days (I did the bundle deal and replaced the a/c unit as well) and everything went smoothly. I will definitely recommend Rousculps to anyone that has HVAC issues!
