The entire staff was just amazing! I had 2 small kids with me, an right off they offered the kids crayons an coloring pages to make everyone happy while filing my taxes. Plus, the ladie whom done my taxes was just awesome. Very helpful an guided me all the way, step by step.

Ive never had a problem with h&r block.

They keep saying that the reason the stimulus check was placed on the wrong card is all on the IRS. They are taking zero accountability that when a customer was issued a new card the tax professionals did not take the new card out of their system. So most people’s stimulus check went to the wrong account. If she had just taken the old card off of the account this wouldn’t have happened. This information came directly from a HR block representative. HR block screwed up too! I’m sure this comes from lack of training. When I called today to see if they had any updates on how to fix the issue the manager AGAIN said “it’s the IRS’s fault. Please be patient.” No it’s not. Take some accountability! When I said this to the manager she hung up on me! I wanted to yell considering she has been saying the same thing for days instead of trying to see how she can help her costumes that visit that location, I didn’t. I spoke in a very calm voice. So hanging up on me was very unprofessional and unnecessary. The very last year I will be using HR block and I’ve using them since I was 18.

I Had done my taxes on-line for a few years, and then 2 years ago the service I was using really messed them up. So I had to have an amended form done which I could not do on-line. It has been so simple and easy to just drop off the materials off and let your professional deal with it. I will never do it on-line again.

I trust H&R block with quick and friendly processing of my taxes. Phillip was and is an excellent HR tax representative. I have been using him for years and trust his opinion and expertise when I file.

It cost me just a little more this year then it did last year. Which I understand with how things are lately given political situations and whatnot. If I am unable to afford the price, I may not be able to come back. Other then that it was the same great service I always expected and received.
