I am extremely pleased with the service I received from both the office manager and from Eric Palmer. I first saw them in April 2018 for a compression boot for a work injury. Speaking with the office manager (I’m sorry I forget her name) and making an appointment for my fitting was easy, quick and convenient. Eric did a great job fitting me with my boot and helping me adjust to it. Fast forward to January 2019, not expecting to be in this boot so long, I went back to see Eric and seek help for my very well worn insert of my boot. He came up with a plan for me and fixed my insert up perfectly. He was pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful. We have been many times. Eric is wonderful and spends time listening, explaining and measuring without rushing you through your appointment. He has done a superb job customizing braces to individual needs.

I made a mistake and scheduled my appointment for Tue and it was Monday. I received a call to inform me that is missed my appointment. I told them I was sorry, that I was 77 and I guess I made a mistake. I was informed that I would have to pay a $30 fee and I said I would not. I live on social security and that is a lot of money. as a threat I was informed they would send my shoes back. I think I know why their waiting room is empty, they do not understand customer service

I have been going to Pedorthic Technologies for several years now and have nothing but good things to say about the practice. Eric is wonderful and truly takes the time to learn what each unique patient needs and wants. My AFOs have been customized completely for me, allowing me to maintain an active lifestyle and even wear the shoes I want to wear. I shattered my ankle! It turned around. 7 operation later and two years in the hospital and rehab I heard about PTI from my podiatrist at a routine visit. I called and it changed my life by giving me AMAZING HOPE that maybe I would walk again!! I went to see Eric and he walked me through everything l would have to do to become mobile again. He and the staff were polite and helpful. I received my brace on the 6th of March. It fits absolutely perfect!! I walked all around the office, then building, and right out the front door!!!! Havent stopped yet! Granted, you do need to adjust your muscles to all the changes to adapt for the brace. But in my case, I can see clear sailing,work, and much exploring again in my life again!!!!
