Ive been really busy and stressed about getting an oil changed. Its Saturday evening and after a long day, I raced here to get one done. I called the number and was asked if I was pulling in. I said yes she said no problem- before 6, we will take you. (It was 5:58.) I was grateful. Then Melissa came out and told me she was done taking cars and refused to service me. I explained I had just called. Melissa told me I didnt talk to her and I could not be served tonight. Super bummed and definitely choosing Jiffy or someone else when I can.

Valvoline changed my husbands oil. We drove off the lot. Less than 3 miles later the car stalls and the engine shuts off. Oil is all over the ground and the dip stick is clean. Clearly, the filter, pan, cap, something wasn’t on correctly. Clearly the crankshaft was damaged and the engine corroded.Valvoline has us tow the car to their garage for inspection. 1 week later they say it’s “electrical issues and not their fault”.We don’t want money, we just want our working car. Now this has to be brought to higher authority.I don’t recommend Valvoline EVER! They’re crooks and shady.

If you have your own oil and filter don’t go to this location They said they don’t do it anymore places like this losing lots of money because I won’t go there I’ll find somebody that will do my truck with me bring in the oil and filter. I don’t recommend this place

I went into Valvoline for the first time today and it was an awesome experience! The guys there were thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. They checked my entire vehicle, our air in my tires, fixed my windshield wiper which was detached, and changed my oil all within 30 minutes. I’ll come back to this location again and again, now that I have found a great place for a quick vehicle service. Highly recommended!

So I came in for a routine oil change and was paired up with the service technician Shane. He was very professional and gave me full diagnostics for my vehicle. Ive had a real problem for a while where my check engine light had been on and my van would shake. Shane informed on the importance of a routine transmission fluid change. Now my vehicle is better than ever thanks to his attention to detail. I will surely return to this valvoline due to its awesome staff thank you Shane.

This was my first time getting my oil changed at this business. Everyone was professional. They communicate with each other. The service is recorded accurately. Fluids, tires and belts inspected. Prices are competitive and I couldn’t be happier. Great Job! I’ll be back for sure and would highly recommend this place.

Everytime I come they strip the oil plug. Now they say my whole pan is stripped. Worst experience ever I only come here because I have a coupon but it ALWAYS cost more in the long run. All they do is oil changes and can’t even do them right. Go to jiffy lube never had a problem there.

By the time I had parked my car and got up to the counter, they had looked up my name, car information and addressed me by name. They were quick, efficient, gave me a brief overview of things that I needed to be aware of in the next few months.

I believe they added wrong oil or forgot to change the old oil. My cars heat transmission was broken down. The workers there are just a bunch of kids shouting joking bouncing around and messing up your vehicle. They didnt even check the oil type for your vehicle. If they never paid attention to learning the skills in school, how can you expect them to do things right when taking care of your car? Or can you trust a group of kids will take care of your car? I was being naive and trying not to be an essentialist with bias. I was wrong. I should trust my gut feelings and follow the old beliefs. Now I even I doubt if they are fully certified mechanics/technicians. They all looked like apprentices to me. Valvoline hired these kids just to save their cost. But in the end, it cost me to repair my car. I strongly suggest not to use their service at all. Go to a reliable shop in stead.

Arrived tonight at 5:25pm to have an oil change completed. Wasn’t until I was there for an hour they came out to tell me it would be another 45 minutes before I would be rolled into the garage. There were 2-3 others behind me so I was stuck there. I didn’t leave this facility until it was 7:15pm......nearly 2 hrs for a drive up oil change service. The employees didn’t seem to have a care in the world that a majority of us were all waiting for an extremely long period of time and continued to take people in without mentioning to new customer it might be a long wait. I missed dinner plans due this wait. I was never offered of a coupon or something for having to wait for two hours. I will never visit this location again.

The job they do is great bit the employees is super lazy ... I went there on a sunday and the I asked if they had any open space for an oil change and he said not but until tomorrow at 10 am and this was sunday at 9 am and I said okay what if I may the appointment online? And he said no man theres just nothing so I went online and there were appointments available for every hour so I did one for 9:30 so I waited and told the guy I had an appointment and he said no way! So he went on the computer and boom .. he was super mad and i said hey man Im sorry its not my fault i just want to do an oil change on my car

I was in there last night around 6:30 p.m. and I have to say it was definitely the best experience I had getting my oil change. Angela was so informative and seemed genuinely happy and loved her job. She gave me good advice and informed me of all the services that Valvoline really has to offer. Because of my experience I will definitely be returning to this Valvoline from now on.

First time ever getting my oil change here, the staff was incredibly nice but ever since I left there after paying a lot of money my engine light came on for the first time ever. The heat also stopped working which never happened before in my car and I’m freezing. They were really messy with the oil when I opened my hood & im actually pretty upset. Also one of the air hose clamps was loose. My car ran perfectly before coming here.

Came to this location for an oil change, after waiting about 15 mins we were asked to switch spots with another vehicle as they were there first and we proceeded to wait.... The vehicle we switched with ended up finishing before the car we were placed behind and the rep continued to have us wait instead of allowing us to switch with the car who showed up after us as we were asked to do ourselves. Ive been coming here for years and this is the worst service Ive ever had....WITHOUT BEING SERVICED. We just wasted an hour of our time....

Great People, definitely would go back for my next oil change

Went to get my oil changed there a week and a half ago and found out today I have a hairline crack by the drain plug. Made a slow mess of my garage. Brought it in to have them fix the problem and I am hearing that I must have hit something, yet why would the crack come from and be thickest by the drain plug?I remember how long it took for the tech to get me in and out and on two occasions needed help to get my filter off and the plug. It sounded like an impact driver was used to get it off. So now I have to replace the whole drain pan and I want to see how Valvoline wants to solve this problem. My car never leaked a drop before this and it looks like they want to pass this off as my fault and I do not think I hit anything?

Brought my 2016 civic in for a oil change, next driving on the highway I heard a scrapping, I pulled over and the skid was hanging off. Good job putting back on correctly, maybe if they paid more attention on doing an oil change and less trying to sell me wiper blades, air filters and a bunch of other stuff a 3 month old car doesnt need, my skid plate would of been put on correctly. I will never go here again. If I could give them zero stars I would.

It all depends when, you come. Some times you wait forever and they try to sell you 80 things while you sit, irritated in your car. Sometimes prompt, helpful service.

So fast ! Oil change took about 30mins (including a 15min wait for the car ahead if us to be done). Rep also told us which oil the prior umowner used and which one was good for the car. I didnt even have to get out the car for the oil change! So expedient!

This location is awful! Only gave it one star because I couldnt submit the review without it...This is the second time Ive gone there and they broke something and asked if if was like that before when it clearly wasnt until they broke it! The first time they changed out the wrong bulb in my headlight and when they tried to correct it they caused some kind of short that wasnt an issue until after they touched it. And today they broke my glovebox trying to show me some filter. He had problems getting it back into place. When he finally did get it back I knew something was wrong so I opened it again and it fell off the hinge and unable to get it fixed. He then had the nerve to ask if it was like that before knowing it wasnt and that he broke it!! They make it seem like the things that they break were broken before! They will be replacing it for free! I wasnt even offered any kind of additional discount on the oil change for their screw ups!!! Needless to say I will not be returning other than to get my glovebox fixed!! Stick to changing oil only they are not mechanics or a repair service!!!

I showed up and was told that they needed another 30 minutes. Mind you it was suppose to have already been open. I returned 30 minutes later. Service was not acceptable for to many reasons to list. Very dissatisfied .

My gf went there for an OIL CHANGE, they said she needed a power steering belt. suckered her into replacing it so mos later a belt is making noses. so i checked it and it was the atlernator belt but it was topo new to make noses. further inspection revealed that power steering belt was NEVER changed. instead they changed the ALTERNATOR belt. which for 1, was too big, and 2, they damaged the tension bolt. i had to buy a new belt and tensioner bolt from the dealer because of THEIR error and con ways. AVOID! they knew they conned her because they said the printer to print the receipt was out of ink at the time. how convenient huh? so she couldnt prove anything
