New Penn was the company that was listed as shipping a pallet containing my $4,000.00+ pool/parts. Tracked the shipment, but instead of calling me to set up a delivery date and time, the pallet was left at the end of my driveway. A neighbor driving by my house saw the pallet and telephoned me. New Penn advised that Cape Cod delivered the pallet for them. I dont care! I had to pay extra for lift gate service, and then its just left at the end of a driveway with no notice given and no one home. I never signed for it...dont know if any of it is damaged. Not good!

I was called by the company on Monday afternoon that my delivery would be delivered on Tuesday afternoon between 12pm and 5pm. I rescheduled my work for Tuesday and waited. And waited. And waited. At 3:30 i called but it took calls to at least 5 lines before I talked with someone. I was told that my delivery “didn’t make it on the truck” for delivery. Oops, a “glitch” on their end. I was informed that they would deliver on Wednesday afternoon. I told them it was unacceptable because i couldn’t reschedule my work again. They said they would “mark it” for Wednesday morning delivery and that I should call the dock at 6am and confirm with the dock supervisor. I called this morning at 6 after numerous attempts at various extensions and was told “no problem” will be delivered this morning by noon! It is now 12:57 and no truck!!!! After numerous calls and extensions is was informed that the truck was in Webster, MA which is about an hour from my location in Sharon, MA. So i wait, and wait!!!! This is the most unprofessional; company I have ever dealt with. If I could give them a negative start, i would. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
