Top knotch to deal with. I took shoes the day before school started and he had them ready for me the next day.
Great service at a very reasonable price. My wife had some work done on two pairs of heels. They came back looking great. She was really excited about them. I had work done on nice loafers - tassels re-attached, soles and heels re-done, and a nice shine. They look like new.
Great Good honest person always willing to help by satisfaction
Very happy! Jerry fixed the heels of two pairs of shoes and it came out great. A lot of people come here, so I’m not the only one. He does a great job, highly recommended.
I brought my leather brief case in to Jerry for repairs and he was very responsive to my repair needs. The price was good and he repaired it right on the spot while I waited. I highly recommend going to see Jerry for your leather repair needs.
Very happy with the way my boots were fixed, he did a great job!
He did a wonderful job repairing several pairs of shoes - heels and toes look great.
Not ready when promised. Then when it was ready it was in worse shape than when I brought it in. The sides of the sandal had both been ripped off and not glued back on. After reading previous review I brought it to another store to be fixed. See part 2 of my saga. Dont go to This place. Its not worth the aggravation and extra money you have to spend somewhere else to get your shoe fixed
Great they fix my pockets book
Jerrys Shoe repair ripped me off. I brought two brand new pairs of Ferragamo Shoes (in the original packaging) to him to be stretched. They cam back thrown in a large, white plastic bag with tears/cuts on them. One pair looked as though he tried to remove a shoe polish stain. This is not a situation where I took them home and noticed the issues either. The damage was plain as day. His mother (who runs the front store for him) was rude and originally refused to give me a receipt. She told me I had to talk to her son Jerry when I asked about the condition and the original wrappings. When customers came in I said I was not leaving until I had a receipt. Finally she wrote me a receipt but refused to say they were Ferragamos I picked up, claiming she did not know shoe names and she could not read the buckle on the shoe. She also refused to give me a direct number. I went out side to look up call Jerrys phone number.I treated him with respect and hoped he would do the right thing and take responsibility. He was unprofessional in how he dealt with the issue. Actually he acted like he could bully me. He changed his story several times and made several revealing comments that convinced me he knew he had damaged the shoes and that he was telling a bold face lie. A few days later, still hoping he would be professional, he refused a compromise offer and threatened me when I said I would be taking him to small claims court. Anyone who damages $1600 shoes and charges you for it is a rip off.
Did a good job cheap prices to
Useless.
Expensive but good
