Went to get pressure washer repaired made me wait out side for 20 minutes very unprofessional never came out could see inside he was doing nothing

Called about a part for pressure washer gave them every piece of info on the machine. The guy said hed research it and definitely get back to me either way. A week later, nothing. Went on line, 5 min ebay. I should have done it from beginning but Im trying to help out small businesses. Not this one ever again.

Dave is awesome he is a bit busy but for a great reason he is an absolute wizard at what he does from equipment and parts to his knowledge on literally the whole Powerwashing industry is pretty amazing!!! He has took countless calls helping me and making sure everything i have purchased from him i knew exactly what it was n how to use it properly. Hes holds the highest quality parts and accessories that I have ever seen, also very funny guy hes sure to make you laugh! Highly recommend this company

As everyone allready posted about this place they are absolutely right! THE OWNER is a real piece of work! Bought a power washer there ..i used it 3 times always a problem! BUT knows how to charge money for what he says he fixed..Very RUDE on the phone not professional not helpful..I would never recommend this place to any of my friends! I am not a satisfied customer..

I spoke on the phone about a power washer I purchased from this company. I explained that the power washer has never started on the first pull as you advertise. I returned the washer last year because the soap never works, and owner replaced the valve. I only got the soap to work once and never worked again. Now the washer is very hard to start and the pump leaks. I called the owner and was told it’s only a 10 min quick fix. I dropped this off 3-26-2019 1:30 pm. I called about a week later and was told we have not got to it. I showed up 04-10-2019 to pick the washer up. I was told the valve body was taking apart, and it was in pieces, But the power washer ran great. the owner said he would call me when ready for pick up after the pump was together. Never got a call from the owner. I finally called and got an out-request price for repairs of $598.00 for a five-minute fix. Please explain. I would not give them a star

Terrible service, the owner walks around chain-smoking ranting on his headset and makes you wait 45 mins just to insult your questions. No one cares about how big your house is, all I wanted was a simple pressure washer that was simple and basic. Rude, condescending and surprise he’s still in business

The owner is a piece of work. Those 1 star reviews are right on. Not helpful, extremely condescending & wastes your time. Seriously, how is this place still even open?!?

Great place. They helped me find the perfect power washer for my company. If you buy a power washer anywhere else in RI, youre an idiot.

I drove about 3 hrs from nyc area to get my machine I purchased second hand for an overhaul to get it back up in tip top shape. I was very impressed with the shop and show room there. Dave has everything you need right there on the spot . The shop was so clean you can eat off the floor and all his professioanl tools and equipment . When you see a shop clean that goes to show you how he will work on your equipment to get it in tip top shape so it does not fail on you while on the job site. I had my machine that was dirty and sick and Dave broght it back to life looking bran new again to get it in tip top shape . Since I had it there serviced by Dave and his crew not a problem since it’s been overhauled. I felt like I was at home there in his shop. Great customer service and customer support and takes time to explain everything the right way.Thanks Dave and your Crew .

Hands down best place to get outfitted for the right power washing equipment if you are serious about your business. Owner and employees went out of their way to provide me with the best quality accessories for my pressure washer. No place compares.

Dave is the best! His powerwashers are for daily rental or purchase. Just tell him what surface your going to power wash and him or his staff will set you up for success . Family owned and operated .

Went in looking for lance extensions and immediately got shot down for what I was trying to Achieve Which was put a couple of lances together to reach a second floor gutter. was told the idea was a “little crazy” but it was just a simple task.The whole time talking to the worker I was being rushed because he had “orders to put together” mind you I was the only one in the store at the time. So I wouldn’t spend more of his precious time I asked for the price of the bare lances so I can make them up myself. The price was overpriced I’ve seen some online for a more affordable price so I said I’ll pass on the purchase. I tried to look at more products I needed in the showroom and The worker became even more unprofessional and Proceeded to tell me if I don’t need anything else I can basically leave because apparently Someone has to hold your hand in the showroom and he didn’t like my decision of not purchasing the lances. Very unprofessional I will never step foot in this store again including my Friends and family beware!!!

We highly recommend Landa’s. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helped us to fix the problem with had with our power washer instead of having to buy a new one.Thanks for the help!!Craig & Jen
