When planning a recent bathroom renovation, I was referred to The Bath Splash in Cranston, where I met Marcia Dupree. Our initial conversation was by phone, during which Marcia offered an abundance of information on bathroom plumbing products. She asked me questions regarding my preferences of fixture styles, price points, timeframe of renovation, and special features my husband and I wanted or needed. Having discussed these things prior to my first appointment with Marcia enabled me to narrow my focus which streamlined the decision making.Throughout the project, Marcia was always available to me. Her attention to our renovation demonstrated her high level of customer service and professionalism. In addition, and most importantly, I was very impressed with the depth of Marcias product knowledge and her technical knowledge of the products she sells. She has built solid relationships with her vendors and their technical staffs so if a problem arises, it is resolved easily and immediately.The knowledge, skills, and service Marcia brings to her job are seldom found in businesses today. She works for her customers until they are completely satisfied and happy. Working with Marcia was a very positive experience.

I remodeled my bathroom a few months ago and the experience at the bathsplash was amazing ! i worked with Alan and he was extremely patient and great to work with ! .im very happy with the outcome of this project and i recommend this place !
