Pretty decent help from phones to computers and everything in between!

Computers dont seem to be any better other than new batteries. Turn around time not the greatest. Staff very polite.

Update: 1/7/21I went back almost 4 years later to have them assemble the same PC rig from before with new components. I met Chris and unfortunately to my surprise, Phil (the original guy who made it for me 4 years ago then) was no longer there. And sad to say, the quality of work left with him...1)Took about a whole week to upgrade my PC with my new motherboard and CPU2) Cable management is not up to the standard as when I dropped it off as you can see by the uploaded pics.3) Chris was not able to save my pictures that was in my drive prior or after the installation of the new motherboard and CPU. All my pics of my daughter as an infant was gone.4) Although Chris was able to save my game user profiles, due to something with going from Intel to AMD, system was still unstable and I was eventually forced to reformat/wipe my secondary drive to get it to be stable without error messages.5) One of my old parts (a Corsair liquid CPU cooler) that I was planning to put up for sale in the market came back to me with missing parts, like thumbscrews, mounting brackets, the corsair link usb cable, etc.All and all, job was done, Chris was a great guy, called me back consistently and updated me daily. But unfortunately, the end result was not up to the same standards that I remember, which was the reason I came back to support the local business to begin with.

I brought my laptop recently to First Resource since the display was not working and there was only a black screen. I really appreciated Phils knowledgeable, patient and considerate way that he explained the problem to me. He had my computer up and running again very quickly so I could get back to work! And, he recommended some additional steps I could take to keep my laptop running at peak performance. Thanks again, Phil. Youre the best!

Love this place. Very reasonably priced and fast. Totally trust them with all of my computers for my home and small business. Phil took great care of me and my computer works better than ever. Also dealt with Alan in the past and he was very helpful as well. Ive tried a number of computer repair places in the past but this place is by far the best!

Very patient and helpful over the phone to start. I needed a fan replaced in a laptop, so I dropped it off expecting to have to wait a week and shell out $100 or more. I got a call, maybe 90 minutes later saying hed cracked it open and was able to repair the fan and I could pick it up any time at half the cost of what I originally thought. When I got this thing it sounded like an airplane taking off, now it s purring like a kitten. Would definitely return to First Resource for any repairs issues in the future.

Phil was very helpful. He hooked it up for a great price, fixed my screen, cleaned it internally, put a anti-virus on there as well...he called before doing anything with the price, which is great business. If I ever need computer repair Phil is the guy I’m gonna go see.

I was hesitant at first to bring my laptop to First Resource because I had so many viruses, malware, spyware, I couldnt use my laptop at all because it was so infected. I called and got the information I needed, every single question I asked was answered before I even dropped it off. I spoke with Allen, who assured me he could fix my laptop, he quoted me a price and explained everything he had to do to get my laptop up and running properly. He told me exactly when he would be finished and called me as soon as It was done. The price was well worth it, just under 200.00 and its like I have a brand new computer. He managed to save all my pictures, they were all taken in Afghanistan on my sons first tour of duty and I would have been crushed if they had been wiped out. When I went to go pick my laptop up, he had cleaned it thoroughly, it shined up like a new penny, he again explained what he had to do, explained the pricing and that he had managed to save my photos, that was a huge plus. I was more than satisfied with the work they did, my computer runs perfect now, like its brand new. I would highly recommend First Resource to anyone experiencing computer problems, they did everything I needed to have done in a timely manor and at a reasonable price. You wont be sorry using their services, they get a gold star in my book! Thanks again!!

I recieved some of the best service here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They needed to order a screen and an hour after leaving it they called me immediately to inform me of the price and the fact that it would take a month to order it BUT they were able to take care of everything in 2 days. While working a picture frame fell and destroyed the screen to my hp pavillion. Took it in to see if anything could be done. Not only did they fix it completely but it looks brand new, only took a couple days, and the price was more than fair. Highly recommend these guys especially for repairing hardware issues.

It was a very friendly and professional experience...... Phil who was my technician was excellent....he fixed my computer in just a few hours ....unbelievable how quick he fixed it....other vendors said it could not be fixed.... or it would cost too much ..... the price to fix it was more than reasonable and affordable..... also Phil explained what he did to fix it and also gave a great tutorial on how to use some new hardware and programs that he installed..........other businesss should try to follow there business practices...Thanks Phil....
