My fiancé and I had an amazing experience here! Suzanne cut his hair and did a wonderful job of making him feel comfortable, especially since his hair is thinning. She helped him figure out a new look that worked for him. Jannine did a cut and color for me and it was FABULOUS. She booked me in no problem, which was a relief because my appointment at a different salon was cancelled last minute. Jannine was nothing short of professional, adorable, chatty, and overall amazing. I love my new hair...she nailed the color and the length that I wanted. And even helped me pick out a few new products! We could not have asked for a better experience!!!! Can’t recommend them highly enough!!!

I have a busy schedule so I need a place I can pop into without an appointment when time allows. Last week I needed a hair cut after going months without one. My barber closed during Covid and never reopened. I was grabbing lunch nearby when I decided to give this place a try. I wasnt sure what to expect since Im used to going to barber shop. It wasnt bad. The price was good. I will go back.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I walked in to see if I could get color done. The girl at the desk said they were changing shifts and it would be an hour. Since she was clueless about what I wanted she called over the girl that would be doing it to show her the color I wanted. The girl was rude and uninterested. She ended up grabbing my hair because she said she couldn’t see it. She rolled her eyes and walked away and whenever the girl at the desk tried to ask her anything she wouldn’t respond and just walked back and forth rolling her eyes and flipping her hair and looking at herself in the mirror. She said it would be 2 hours until she could do it. Don’t know what they had to do for 2 hours since they had no clients. Not that I wanted to stay another minute anyway. Both girls were not pleasant and seemed burdened to be working there. Left and will never go back.

Great service lovely environment the people are very nice its a very comfortable please they give you great great great service unbelievable are well-educated and what they do they love to talk and keep you very happy its very peaceful they change the time they wash your hair very nice that all very very very nice people the environment is beautiful I loved it I recommend it to anybody and everybody to try it I know a lot of women like to go to hairdressers but believe me when I tell you Supercuts have some great bobbins and hand dresses I mean barbers

The worst experiences EVER! DONT WAST YOUR TIME! I went in for a blowout for my xmas party. I left my hair was still damp. I went home and did it myself
