Great party because the host that threw it did a great job. Drinks were amazing! Appetizers were yummy! Place was a nice set up. Nicely decorated. Dinner that was cooked by staff should be improved.

Good room for a function. Friendly and attentive waitstaff. Catered food was very good. The room was a good size and the sound system functions well. Bar had a good selection of drinks and the service was quick.

I had my wedding there, everything was perfect. Hillary pays attention to every small detail. The food was delicious, the decorations down to all my specifications and the service was great, all my guest were very pleased and they all had a great time.Highly recommend it for your event!

Had my wedding there and we couldnt have asked for a more perfect location. They were so accomdating and Hillary was fantastic to work with! The food was exemplary, the setup was spot on, and the entire day was perfect. Plus, it was very affordable for our budget.

My family held a luncheon here after my aunts funeral today. There was a significantly larger turnout than expected (over 100 people, versus the 75 we had indicated), and the staff here did not bat an eye. They set up additional tables, prepared additional food, and kept everything moving as quickly as possible. They were all pleasant to be around, and didnt cringe or make anyone feel bad about the extra people, despite also hosting another event in one of the other rooms. Their kindness and service is so appreciated.

Came here for a work holiday party. The staff was awesome, really friendly and helpful. The place itself is fine/average for banquets. It was really, really hot indoors though. The food was okay, average banquet food. The desserts were excellent, mini tiramisu and other mini pasteries.

I had my wedding reception here. Event coordinator Hilary was more than helpful. Venue is beautiful with a cozy feel... Had the time of my life, wouldnt change a thing!

The RI Shriners Imperial Room is the place to go for any wedding, party or other important event! We have been coming here for years, and cant imagine going anywhere else. Hillary Williamson, the Event Coordinator is about as fantastic as they come. She works so hard and always pays attention to detail. She is talented, creative, kind and fun to be around. The food at the RI Shriners is fabulous. They have many delicious items to choose from and everything tastes fantastic. The prices for RI Shriners are very reasonable, and our relatives and friends have raved about our events when we have held them here. I highly recommend The Imperial Room and Hillary Williamson when youre planning a special event. A +!

Went there for a wedding. They forgot to serve our table until almost everyone else had finished eating. The staff also never came to our table with coffee. Considering we were up front I do not understand how this could happen. Food was not hot when we got it and was very small portion.

We went there for the May breakfast on May 4 2014. It was worst service ever as Ive been there many times. they kept running out of food had to wait for juice glasses waitress was most unpleasant person,I think shes in wrong line of work! She never smiled hardly spoke,I asked for tea she looked very put out about that, I thanked her when she brought it,no response. I was up to wait for food she came to table,my husband asked for another tea for me but never brought it. The insult to injury was the bill added tip,which is fine,but it was for 20%! REALLY FOR a BUFFET!!! Never mind the only thing she brought to us was drinks,but that is too much for a buffet especially when all we did was wait for food to be there so we could serve ourselves.We wont go there again and its too bad as its always been a nice place for lunch as well as breakfast.
