This place was clean and Jose was a huge help. He even offered to stay a little later if I needed him too.I suggest you reserve your unit then go in and finish the paperwork. The website tries to charge you for things you may not need. Ask for Jose!

Our experience here was absolutely amazing. The service was so above and beyond for us that we are legitimately thrilled to be storing our things here. We made the reservation the same day and Marylin helped us and gave us so much useful information! Great clean facility and convenient location! Highly recommend for easy accessibility and fantastic customer service.

When we first went to look at the self storage, we were taken around and shown the building and they answered all our questions. When we went to finalize the rental Mrs. Robitille was very efficient, easy to understand and had us signed up in no time. Well done.

Great customer service and very clean facilities! I checked into the Cranston CubeSmart on Elmeood and Marylin was there to get me setup every step along the way. I would definitely recommend this CubeSmart to anyone in the area based on the service received.I am definitely looking forward to the front gate getting setup with the access software for after hours entry but aside from that 10/10!

Friendly, reasonable price, easy acces

It was my first time ever renting a storage space so I wasn’t sure where to start... my representative Marylin Robitaile was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions... I was a bit embarrassed at my lack of knowledge but she made me feel comfortable enough to actually start the process...what I thought was going to be a long drawn out process, it turned out to be quick and painless!!!! Ty Marylin!!!!

Im down-sizing and needed to find a place to store some items. I made a reservation online, but I had some questions. Marylin reached out to me before I even had a chance to call. She was friendly, knowledgeable and super-helpful. The location is convenient, the interior of the building is brand new, and everything is very clean. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I rented a space yesterday and the process was great. Jose was friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful in getting us set up. The whole transaction was a breeze and because the facility is brand new, there are really good deals on rental fees, too. Highly recommend.

I appreciated both Jose and Marilyn with their tips on storing my items and both were very helpful on standby in offering an alternative unit if I needed more space.

Poor service

Only giving 1 star because youre required to. Has a rodent infestation that we found out about when we were moving out and our furniture which was being stored here was destroyed and we had to get rid of it. But we had the insurance that they provided on the storage units. We were then told to take pictures and file a claim through their insurance company then throw them away. A month then goes by and we contact them again to find out the status of our claim and magically its not covered whereas when we decided to pay the extra for the insurance it never said that wasnt one of the things covered by it. Essentially lost thousands of dollars in stuff due to their mouse infestation with no chance of compensation. Would never recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy.
