We switched my insurance coverage to Simone Fargiorgio Insurance Agency(Norma) and haven’t been sorry since. I have never received such a high level of customer service and professionalism from any company, especially an insurance organization. I’ve had very few claims, but when I did, I received very prompt responses and the claims were resolved very, very quickly. Outstanding and prompt service all around.

Ive been coming here for insurance advice and help for about a year now. All the woman on staff are professional and very competent when it comes to their job. The work environment is clean and I never have to be wait for service. Lillian (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) is amazing.BUT I recently was switching insurances and I needed someone from the office to confirm with my new insurance that I had them for the past couple of months. Sadly the owner picked up and gave me really bad customer service over the phone. When I switched the line over to make it a 3 way so he could confirm with my new insurance he hung up the phone. He wouldnt let me speak to Lilian and kept telling me I wasnt in the system.I was going to give this 1 star but I dont want it to affect Lillian and the rest of the staffs job. When it comes to you Simone you need to learn how to not be a jerk.

This agent is both unprofessional and unethical. I will be issuing a formal complaint to the State of Rhode Island, Department of Business Insurance Division, as well as Allstate Corporate offices.
