Our experience with Bruneau has only been top notch. They have provided me top notch service not only for the merchandise that they have sold for us but also for the auctions that we have won. They regularly pick up our submissions for auction and have always been very honest with their assessments. A class operation from top to bottom.

Was not happy with the owner Kevin and how rude he was to me. our family had items for auction. and were shown how some valuable things have been sold for top dollar. but only to find out most doesnt sell for much and or passed on. some of our jewelry which we couldve sold ourselves for more, went for nothing. called to complain- and got extreme rudeness on the phone- by Kevin and secretary Ashley- we will be looking elsewhere at this point for future auctions- not professional!- just plain rude and there minimum charges and percentages was high

I have bought from auction houses all over the country and also from Bruneau on several occasions. Generally, everything runs smoothly and if you are to leave a review it is a generally nice commentary. BUT, if things go badly, this is when you know the character and resolve of a person or company. In my last purchase, we ran into an issue that needed to be resolved. It took a bit of time to get all the info together, but in the end (and along the way) the staff and executives of Bruneau were topnotch. I dont expect people to lay down on all issue (the customer is always right??.. not sure I agree), but I do expect people to be open to problems and look honestly at the transaction or issue to see what could have been done better, or in fact if something was just not up to the standards a fine auction house like Bruneau expects. I worked with Ashle and Kevin on an issue, and after looking at all the issues from all sides they offered a great solution. Bruneau & Co.. definitely showed their best side during a difficult time. I will be back.

Dont buy anything through these people. I was charged a $47.50 shipping and handling fee for an item I won at their auction that weighs only about 4 oz! After complaining they graciously reduced it to $37.50! Oh wow. To make the whole experience worse, I won the item for $50 hammer price, but after Bruneaus hefty 25% buyers premium, and their gouging of $37.50 (reduced??) for shipping and handling, they got their bill up to $100! Good going Bruneaus! I hope youre proud of yourselves!By the way, this deal was brokered through Bidsquare, who took no action on my behalf either.Stay away from them both!

There are always fun and unique antiques and collectibles coming through here for their auctions. The staff is friendly and they really know their stuff, they are always welcoming and even offer free verbal appraisals on Tuesdays!

I had reached out to Bruneau to assist with an auction and was told they would get back to me after receiving my photo emails. After several phone calls and voicemails I sent an email to a contact within the company, the reply was a short one line email saying Kevin suggest I go somewhere else. Without the decency of a phone call I will be sure to go somewhere else.

Worst auction house in the world !!, I suffered a fraud with them in the auction September 16, 2017 (the lot and shipping costs was paid and the items never was sent), dont trust them, dont bid there and i hope the police resolve the fraud of these scammers.
