Everyone was very professional, and Chris even gave me a heads up about some items that should be addressed later. 100% happy with the job and the service!

After hurricane Ida, our basement flooded and we needed help with restoration services. The professionals from PuroClean did an excellent job. They evaluated the situation and told us exactly how they would approach the work. Start to finish, they were outstanding and I highly recommend them.

He was really knowledgeable on the structure of the home and remediation. In addition, he saved us a lot of money with the plan of action he recommended to us and put our mind at ease. We found them to be individuals of integrity that you trust will only recommend any type remediation work if absolutely necessary. Chris answered the phone when I called, unlike other places where I got voicemail or an answering service. I was a little frantic, after all my water tank valve had broken off and flooded my lower level! I had cleaned it up, but I was worried about what I couldn’t see. He was very reassuring, came out quickly to evaluate the situation, and gave me easy steps to follow. It couldn’t have been more stress-free. If I’m ever faced with an emergency again, PuroClean will be my first call.

We used PuroClean Restoration Services of Cranford to clean up our previous home in Cranford after two floods. The first flood impacted the ground level and the second flood (from tropical storm Irene) left us with 55 inches of water from the ground floor up, including 4 inches of water in the second level (living room, dining room, kitchen and family room). Based on our experience with a prior flood, when forecasts indicated likely flooding with these two storms, we called PuroClean to get on their list for cleanup and we were among the first homes cleaned up after the floods. We had a toilet on the ground floor, which made things even worse. PuroClean did a very thorough and professional job of cleaning up and treating the cleaned up area to ensure that no mold would grow. Their price for the cleanup was very reasonable. Robin and Chris were very responsive and professional. There was a dryer fire in my building and while the smoke/soot were contained in the laundry room, the smell permeated the building. The next day, Chris brought over a piece of equipment that reduced the smell in my apartment to practically nothing. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

I called PuroClean when we had water leak the day before Easter Sunday.We just had our bathroom on the 2nd floor installed the week before, and the water supply line was disconnected because of the cracked nut.The installation people came and told us that was the manufacture defect, and there was nothing they could do about it. They also told us the water damage was minor, and I just had to let it dry for 24 hours. I could not trust what they told us, so I searched online and found them. The water went down to the 1st floor bathroom that is right below our 2nd floor bathroom. It also went to the kitchen and garage. We had water everywhere.Robin suggested to call our insurance first knowing that she did not have a contract with my insurance company.Filing a claim turned out to be the best decision I made, and I would have not dreamed to call my insurance if she had not suggested me to do so. I cannot thank her enough for her honesty and advise.I am also thankful for her husband who called me a few minutes later to follow up. Its hard to find a business that will advise whats best for the customers. They are very honest and will take the best care of their customers. Highly recommended!!
