Julianne did my manicure and she did amazing! They came out great and on top of that she gave me a birthday coupon because i mentioned my birthdays was coming up this week! What a nice surprise! And even more on top of that she has a rewards system for her clients to redeem money for a service! Love this place. Will be coming again!

I went to Nail Plaza less than a week ago with my daughter to get a pedicure. The nail tech was digging under one of nails and was hurting me. By the next day I noticed my toe nail had chipped. I also noticed that the polish was applied so unevenly. By day 3 all of my daughters polish had been chipped off.I called and explained what happened and was told to come in. The owner insisted that I pay to get me bails redone and that she has customers that come in on a weekly basis to change their polish. I feel that is a personal preference. A well applied polish should last for weeks until it starts to grow out. I ultimately decided to walk out because she clearly did not care about giving me the best customer service. I could have been a steady customer but now will never return. That place will not succeed for long.

Pedicures was very rough even when I asked her to go easy. I had to tell her four times to stop digging under my toenail. Manicurist was also rough and too fast. Didn’t even soak my nails. Last time for me

I will not be returning to Nail Plaza. I have gone here for a few years, but after yesterday’s experience I will no longer go. The owner was not there and the young women who did my pedicure RUSHED so much, she was hurting me and I had to tell her to slow down. Looking at my feet after the pedicure, I’ve definitely had better. The women who did my manicure, she had her headphones in and her phone next to her watching a video while doing my nails. As she was doing my nails she kept filing my skin along with my nails. I had to ask her to stop. This place is going down hill and it was not worth $35.00. There’s a place in Kenilworth on the blvd I hear good things about, I’m going there from now on. My friends are too, they have the same feelings about Nail Plaza. Such a disappointment.

Poor! Poor! Poor! Union county in general has pretty poor salons but at least the majority are SUPER cheap. As a first time customer I walked in with high expectations due to reviews on YELP and left highly disappointed.I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure, total cost $48. The one positive thing about the experience I did like was their foot & leg massage. Aside from that theres alot of improvement that can be made at the salon.The girl that did my pedicure literally just filed my toenails away. I was not left with a nice clean shape. In fact, the tip of the nail of my left big toe feels jagged. The paint job was horrible. I came home and added 2 coats of Seche Vite top coat for shine and cleaned up my cuticles. The only part of the finger that should have nail polish is the NAIL!Go on to my gel manicure done by Eunice. She seems nice at first, that was short lived. She did not touch or cut the cuticles on my hands. After I was done, I had to ask her to cut 2 very visible hangnails. There is one nail that has a smudge baked in and 2 nails where she didnt even paint nowhere near close to the cuticles. It almost looks like I already grew them out.I am not going to go through the headache of driving 20 minutes to get them fixed. Please avoid and go to a better nail salon.

This place deserves no stars. I had an old gel manicure and went in for just a regular nail polish gel manicure. They charged me an extra $5 to take off my old gel manicure. RIP OFF!! These people are incredibly rude, they rush you, and my nails do not even look nice after paying $15 for awful service. They are jagged, bumpy, and messy. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Its a shame, used to be my favorite. HUGE disappointment.

Terrible!!! My toes were jagged and uneven and a terrible paint job. The ladies were rude and didnt care if my nails were messed up or not.
