Ive never seen employees go out of their way to be as unaccommodating as they can possibly be to a customer. 4 days late on my package delivery and they say its not their fault. Then whos fault is it? Mine? I called in there this morning and the woman placed me on hold due to noise on her end which was not audible in the least to me, and of course she never came back. Most disgusting excuses for employees Ive ever seen. My mail carrier is good, and thats the only positive thing I can say about them.

Never thought I would give a USPS location a good review but here it is. Jennifer was very helpful in fixing a address issue. Very knowledgeable and personable.

The lady with glasses at the register is the nicest, friendliest USPS staff I’ve ever encountered. Also, this post office is clean and very well-kept. Forms, package boxes and envelopes are all organized. Well done, USPS Cranford!

I usually prefer drive and go to an other post office, because this one is slow and the personal not always helpful.And it’s difficult to park near by.

I live in cranford by the post office, however when going to the post office i go to Kenilworth or westfield. its much faster especially Kenilworth and they have parking. i dont know why cranford post office is sooo slow, its very annoying, they usually have two employees at the windows but it takes forever, believe it or not its faster for me to drive to Kenilworth and less aggravating. good luck and bring a book if youre going to cranford po

Been using this post office forever. Staff is ALWAYS helpful and answers any questions you may have, just speak up and ask. Never, ever had a problem with any of the staff, and have had them walk me though setting up international shipping for packages a few times (which can get a bit confusing).Even during the Covid pandemic they remain calm and professional when customers are impatient and flat out rude. Five stars.

They deliver everybodys mail all over the place. Just found a bunch of mail addressed to me, including a $1600 check at my neighbors. Im always getting someone elses mail. In one instance it was someone sending their real estate tax payment to the town.

Very nice postal staff. I find them to be courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. I don’t hesitate about asking them questions when I am unsure of something. The mail carriers are very nice as well.

I stayed home today so I could receive this Amazon delivery I need for tomorrow. In the afternoon I received an alert from Amazon saying delivery was attempted. LIE. I have been here waiting for that package and you lie. You didnt try to deliver anything. You just didnt want to.This is not the first time you have done this. Shame on you.

Turns out Post Master doesnt show up to work....Also realized he may be on lots of drugs. There is no organization,supervision,and a gross misrepresentation of power....I feel bad for myself and the people of my town !!! SAD

Ive always had good service here. In fact, Im in Kenilworth and I prefer going over to Cranford Post Office. They are so much nicer, the staff are fast moving and I always get a spot right in front of the place.

Do not trust the carrier pickup when you purchase postage online. This is the second time they did not pick up my package. The first time they put it back in my mailbox (it was a small package) and this time it sat on my doorstep all day yesterday and I found it there this morning. I run a business from my house and promised delivery to my customer and now they will not get it in time. The thing that really irked me was that they were unwilling to remedy the situation. They told me it will be picked up today, but my house is the last one on the route, so it would have sat on my doorstep until 6:00 pm, wasting another day. This is totally unacceptable and I will never trust them again.

I have been lived in Cranford 6 years. There are so many time I got mails belong to my neighbor and neighbor brought my over the mails for us. One Saturday morning I saw a piece of paper on the lawn between our house and neighbor, I picked up find out the is the check send to us. We are missing the mails from credit card to bills.

Ive lived in Cranford my entire life and have gone to this post office for as long as I can remember. The staff USED to be amazing. But with recent new hires... Im never going back. I have a very very important letter to be mail so I decided to mail it certified. The woman behind the register first of all told me the zip code was wrong. It was going to Elizabeth. Elizabeth is a large city and has multiple zip codes. She took a pen a scribbled out the zip code that was typed onto the envelope. (I typed the address and return address on the computer and printed it onto the envelope so it was NEAT.) I went to my car to get a letter I got in the mail that showed exactly where to mail the letter too and showed her the proof. SHE SCRIBBLED THE ZIP CODE OUT AGAIN. So not only was the zip code scribbled out once, it was scribbled out twice. Now the letter looks disgusting and messy. I was fed up at this point and let her continue. She stuck the certified mail slip onto the envelope I paid she handed me the paper work and I noticed she SPELLED the name of the person wrong. Really? It was CLEARLY TYPED. Terrible. Just terrible. What a waste of $15.49 when I could have gone to Westfield or Garwood post office and got it done CORRECTLY without mangling my envelope.

I cant thank the Cranford Post Office employee Asia for GOING OVER and BEYOND for me! She took it upon herself to go that extra mile to help me find my package. Sadly, you do not find ANYONE THESE DAYS that would do anything like that. This is my 2nd time in a number of years that Cranford Post Office really helped me out and they are SO VERY KIND! Thank you!!!

Convenient location, free 10 minutes of parking outside, friendly and efficient staff, abundance of mail supplies. Sometimes the line gets a bit long.

No supervision its like a drug party at this place....the Post master is an ugly human being and needs to take his midlife crisis elsewhere!!
