Not a shoe repair, but this shop fixed my hammock which needed to be sewn. Easy peasy. He fixed it right away and I did not have to wait. 5 Stars!

Jerry did a great job cleaning my wedding shoes (covered in mud, almost threw them out) and sewing the rhinestones back on. Very cost effective for doing such a great job, and quick turn around time!

Stay far far away from this repair shop. I brought in my Christian Louboutins to simply get the leather foot beds re-glued and he said no problem. I picked them up, and there was glue residue on the foot beds and I asked for him to clean it. He removed the residue and he actually now damaged the leather by ripping and tearing. Please see my before and after pictures.Truly unbelievable and he showed no remorse what-so-ever.

I had an opportunity to visit Jerry’s shoe repair and my experience was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. His pricing is extremely reasonable.

I dropped 4 pair of shoes including long boots last week. He did excellent job than I have expected when I picked them up. It was no doubt that his hand skill was so elaborate because I have overheard he used to be a jewelry designer in Manhattan before he took over the shoe repair business.

Jerry’s has excellent service and does wonderful repairs . He has reasonable prices . He is a kind person. I highly recommend his services.

Great quality. A bit more pricey than some other places, but completely worth it for the quality of work. Full heel repaire on two shoes and new leather soles. Looks better than new. He really knows his shoes and his trade.

I took a pair of boots to get shined and weather-proofed for the winter. When I got home after picking them up, it was apparent that only 1 boot was actually done. I was leaving right away for a vacation so unfortunately, I couldnt go back and correct the issue so I just had to deal with one shiny boot and one matte boot. I went back to the shop after my vacation and explained what happened to the owner and he told me he would re-shine both of the shoes. However, when I went to pick up the shoes again, it was apparent that nothing had been done with the shoes. When I asked the owner why the shoes hadnt been shined, he said that he had done this the first time. Very rude service and lots of wasted time going back and forth to this shop. I will be finding a new shoe repair store.

I brought a pair of boots in to replace the soles. I found the price to be quite high at $100. Ive seen other stores and smaller markets perform the service for $40 or $50. I cant comment on the actual service as I opted not to use it.

Did a great job with my shoes. Jerrys a foreigner so its a bit hard to communicate but hes a real nice guy doing his best. Clearly intelligent, knows his shoes

Great service, worth it. Brought in 2 pairs of shoes, one had a broken buckle and the other for a shine. Picked them up a few days later and they were like new!Only downside is they are cash only, but theres a bank around the corner.

The shop owner is very kind and his fees are quite reasonable.
