I need to get the crown on my Tag Grand Carrera repaired, and the closest Tag Specialty location is in King of Prussia, PA. I went to Martin Jewelers on a recommendation, and they were as good as advertised. They were able to address the issue as well as point out some other issues that needed to be fixed. They did have to send the watch out for repair, but it did arrive in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Great experience buying a very hard to find Tudor watch at Martin Jewelers. These days, most places are struggling to find good people, and good service is the exception, not the norm.Everybody here was super friendly, they knew about their products, they are watch enthusiasts too, it made for a very pleasurable overall buying experience. Nobody was pushy at all. They of course sized the watch for me, had to give it a few goes to get the right fit, and they were patient. This was my first time buying here, I’ll definitely be going back!

I recently purchased a Rolex from Martin Jewelers in late 2020 and Im sorry it has taken so long to write a review. I was seeking a model that had just been discontinued and Martin Jewelers put it aside for me. I initially spoke with Scott over the phone and then I worked with Jeff in person. If you are in the market for a luxury watch or jewelry, I would highly recommend this business. It still has that family feeling and the service is top notch. Jeff spent a lot of time with me to ensure I was happy with how the watch was fitting. He even had my Rolex that I didnt purchase there re-sized free of charge. I was recommended to this store by a few people. They were right. Excellent customer service and watch repair. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of our interaction. Repair was also done very quickly and a text message alerted me it was ready. The service department is separate from the selling floor so you dont feel you are taking them away or inconveniencing them from a higher price sale with your minor repair. They welcome you upon entering the store as a valued customer no matter the reason .

I have dealt with this place several times. The male technician was very good and honest. I went back there to change a watch battery. The female tech was a lier and crook. I have watch repair experience, so I know for certain. She tried to sell me an overhaul on a time piece that would never need an overhaul. She was unaware of my knowledge. Wanted 65 dollars to change the battery and so called overhaul. The watch is a Movado. Those in the know for sure its a lie.I wouldnt allow these thieves to change the sand in an hourglass. I called Martin Jewelers to inquire about pricing for watch engraving for 8 watches I am looking to give as gifts. Upon getting a call back from the store, I spoke with the service department and walked them through my ask to see approximately what they would charge for 3 letters on each watch - 8 watches total. I was informed they mail out jewelry for engraving and the base price (set up price as they framed it) was about $90 and $3 dollars per letter after that. I informed them that the 8 watches I have retailed at about $120 each and that their engraving cost was a little expensive. With that, I received an explanation that their process is full proof & set up for expensive/quality pieces such as Rolex & Omega. My watches, which were referenced as cheap, were recommended to be taken else where.No worries on my end - Ill be taking my watches, my current and my future business as a local resident elsewhere. First impressions are everything and this surely wasnt it.

My husband and I went in looking to buy rolex watches, and I ended up finding the beautiful 28mm lady datejust watch here! We thought getting a rolex these days can be stressful, but it was truly a lovely experience thanks to Scott. He explained everything about the watch, fitted it for me, and treated us with nice rolex merch! Oh and we also received a lucky $2 bill which made our rest of the day so special. Brought my Breitling Bentley in for service as it has stopped working. I requested for a full service on it since it was never serviced before. At first there was a bit of confusion when I asked if it will be polished as well since it is full service but was told by a gentleman (maybe manager didnt get his name) that it will not as it will be an additional charge to get it fully polished. So I initially decided not to get it polished. Sho processed my repair and went about my business. As soon as I got home, I called to ask about the polishing again and was confirmed by the same gentlemen that it is an additional charge and that he would recommend getting it polished. So I caved in and decided to pay the additional charge. Sho called me back like a week later to provide me with an update and I asked about the total charge including the polishing and she told me that she confirmed with Breitling that the full service covers the polishing so no need for the additional charge. Sho kept me updated on the progress and apologized that it will take some time. I reassured her that it is fine and that I was in no rush. Overall it was a pleasant experience working with Sho. I would highly recommend bringing your watch in for repair.

Have purchased multiple pieces of jewelry and several watches (Rolex and Omega) from them. Reps are knowledgeable and helpful, and the service is wonderful. Prices are comparable. Ive also had them make several custom pieces of jewelry. They were patient and helpful through the design process and prices were reasonable. Multiple generations of my family have been shopping here, and Im sure well continue to well into the future.

I was very pleased with the repairs done on two pairs of earrings I recently brought into Martin Jewelers in Cranford. I was particularly pleased with the work done on the post of one earring that had broken off from its base. To protect the peridot stones from burning, which could have happened had the post been soldered back in place, it was sent out to be lasered. Time will tell how well it holds, but for right now, it looks very good. They also cleaned and polished both sets of earrings. Oh my, they really sparkle now! I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend Martin Jewelers for any jewelry or watch repairs.

Great service all around - Jeff was super knowledgeable about all things Rolex and was even willing to offer a pretty tough to get piece given our friend’s referral after a couple of visits. I ended up walking away with a much sought after new Submariner date as my first Rolex (and consider myself quite lucky because of it). Highly recommend!!
