Rosangela at maid pro is awesome!!!!! It took a lot of convincing to get my husband to agree to have someone clean and after he saw Rosangela’s work it was a no brainer! She is thorough and puts her own little touches here and there!! She does a fantastic job!! Maid pros prices are also very very reasonable! We are highly pleased with this company!

The cleaning was ok, but they overcharged my credit compared to the price quoted. I tried calling and they never answer their phone or emails. they didn’t bother following up with me after the cleaning until after I submitted a survey with a bad review. Don’t recommend this service at all.

First time with MaidPro. Jaime was great. On time, helpful. Brought all own equipment which was perfect as I Havent moved into new place yet, so had NOTHING there. Would definitely use again

I am so happy with the service provided. The ladies were very detailed oriented and left my house spotless. In the past I used a service called Molly Maid, and now that I have had a chance to use MaidPro I can definitely tell the difference. The Molly Maid Service was more expensive, did not wash dishes, did not dust well at all, did not clean stainless steel appliances in the kitchen unless you provide the cleaner, and would only clean refrigerator if you emptied it out. I received all of the mentioned services from MaidPro and it was at a MUCH better price! I am definitely going to continue to use them, as I got so much for my money. The ladies were really nice too. Loved them!

MaidPro stole from us, so we switched services. MaidPro didn’t seem to have a full-time staff; there were always different people in our house each week. Some did a decent job cleaning; some were downright terrible. They have a check-off cleaning sheet but practically none of their cleaners use it. They broke a few small things but the last straw for us was when I can home and saw that they had gone through my cabinets. Everything was in chaos and things were missing, so there was no doubt. We reported it to MaidPro and waited but they didn’t respond until we told them that we found a new service- at that point, MaidPro reached out to say they had fired the woman who stole from us; no questions as to what was taken nor any offers to replace it. We now use The Cleaning Authority. They’re a few dollars more each week but we have the same people in our house each time and they consistently do a good job cleaning.

I continue to be happy with my Pro and her consistent service.
