Definitely disappointed, they didn’t even bother washing the plastic floor mats .they just spray it .like I could do that myself at home . I paid for it to be wash and clean . Car wasn’t dry . Just not a $26 worth .really poor job I won’t be coming back there .

I dont know which part of the car wash it happens but my car ended up with a lot of small scratches on the paint. Its probably the manual brushing they do when it first enters the car wash but who knows. My girlfriend mentioned it happening to her car but I brushed it off at first. But now that Ive noticed it, its terrible. Time to find another car wash place.

They do an EXCELLENT JOB! They are the inky hand dry team that got all of my windows, windshield, etc complete clean...no streaks! Tha car smells so clean - but not air-freshened z truly clean! Great prices. Great job!

Its definitely hard to find a carwash thats worth the price of what it costs but this place nailed it no missed spots inside or out and no steaks plus everyone was very curteous. My car is manual so Im particular about where Ill take it because I hate to here the clutch get ripped on but they did a very good job, I tipped more than I normally do

I have went here 2 times . Figured I would give it another chance. But same result 2 times in a row. My rims came out still dirty both times because the workers are 2 lazy to Spend 15 seconds wiping down the rims like they do elsewhere. You would expect spending $20+ dollars on a car wash they could make sure your rims are clean.

Staff was slow to wipe down cars allowing water spots to form on the windows as another male customer thought it was more important to have his Mercedes Benz detailed by the two ladies that were drying the cars as he pointed out every water spot and then actually went and got a towel himself holding up the rest of the line!!!

Absolutely terrible! Paid for the most expensive package and got totally ripped off. I got the “diamond” package and nothing stated in that package was done. No tire shine - rubber mats were POORLY cleaned. They were soaked and full of rocks from the workers when I returned to my car. No air freshener which was stated in the package. Center console not wiped. Windows not cleaned inside. My car barely vacuumed. It was just horrible. For the price I paid all I got was a basic exterior wash. Will never return. Stay away!

Poor quality car wash, first and last time visiting that car wash, wheels were left dirty, windows outside left dirty, tire shine wasn’t put on correct, half of the tire shine other half didn’t, my kids wash it better then that, I guess it was a $27 donation, because a service was not.

Ive been here multiple times in hopes it would improve, its local so I try to support. But for $30 my vehicle is never done right. As in the dash not wiped,center console not wiped, Armor all is put on half the tire, the guys doing the vacuum are great and the outside looks great. Once that vehicle comes out of the blower the people cleaning the windows etc are sub par at best.

I love this carwash! The staff are incredibly friendly! Especially the owner, who is extremely friendly with everyone. Also, the staff at the cashier are always so kind and answer all questions to the very best of their ability, and are always willing to help. The car always comes out pristine clean both inside and out whenever I ask for a full Diamond. Pricing is always quite reasonable as well. And the oil change is the fastest Ive ever gotten.

My father went to the Auto Spa yesterday and the attendant, Wilson found a considerable amount of money that my father had forgotten under the floor mat. Wilson immediately returned all of the money to him, which my father was very grateful for. It renewed our trust in honest people of this world!

They have certain assigned days where you can get a discount, for example on Thursdays its Ladies Day so as a female driver you get a discount for a car wash on that day. I think thats pretty neat.

For around 12 dollars you get an interior and exterior clean in an upscale town. The attention to detail is always consistent. They have a massage chair while you wait.

The guy that you first have contact outside is not friendly. I asked for a regular wash and he goes... Whats a regular wash? Im in the service business and I know better how to communicate with my customers. After we agreed that a regular wash was a basic wash (vacuum in and wash outside) Im disappointed with the end result. Cookie crumbs all over the back seat just like it was before the wash? For $17.00 I will not be coming back.

This car wash had very good service. They also give out toys. I would really recommend it.

Very bad car wash spot, I spotted dirty spots still and the car was still wet and not full dried. I’m never coming back here again and I recommend y’all not to go here. I have a 2020 and they forgot to put one mirror inward and when it went through the wash machine, it scared me!

I never been here I was there last week, the outside looked nice but I had to clean the whole inside my self after paying for a full service car wash, Seats we’re not vacuumed, cup holder was filthy and still had stains, the floors looked half vacuumed in the back, I wasn’t impressed, they told me to come back and they would do a complimentary car wash to make it right, I might consider the offer, the staff were extremely friendly, prices were decent but i don’t like having to clean my car after just paying for a car wash, I put a review on yelp along with pictures but no response until I called and spoke to someone

My car was a filthy mess I had to clean the whole inside after paying for a car wash not ideal, cup holders or area weren’t cleaned, back seats not vacuumed or cleaned, front was barely vacuumed, nothing was wiped down inside I had to do it myself, the outside & tires looked great and staff extremely friendly

I wish it was possible to give less than one star to this place. We went and got a routine car wash on a BRAND new car and it caused scratches to the entire vehicle. When we went back the manager was extremely rude to us, told us it wasnt his problem and there was nothing he was going to do about it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!!

Avoid this place like the plague. I brought new black Lexus here and they virtually ruined the exterior. The car is scratched beyond belief and the staff isnt helpful or personable. Do not bring your vehicle here.

If you go there do not order anything more than a exterior wash with tire shine. First its a lil hard to tell the difference between the options and you can add to lesser ones. I chose the highest option with interior cleanining, and now Im noticing a lot dirt still stuck between the trunk and the lip. Their interior only includes the dash didnt touch center console, or door sills. If your looking for a car wash that gets all the water in the nook and crannies or wipe down things you wouldnt do if you were washing your car this isnt the place.
