I was with this company for almost 3 years, they charged me 12 usd insurance for all that time without me hiring it, I asked to remove it and they always had excuses for not doing it.I changed to another site, more space for the same price, air-conditioned and clean and they do not charge me insurance, terrible customer service to solve problems.I will definitely never come back

I had two units at this CubeSmart location and had a great experience there. Their team was so helpful, especially Tim who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Very accommodating staff and I would highly recommend them for your storage needs.

Tim, Willie and Sandy are what made it the the best experience for us. When I closed my practice in 015, we needed a storage unit fast and chose CubeSmart because they had the best deal going and they were close making it convenient for us to access the unit any time we wanted. Never having had a storage unit before we didnt know what to expect. Mr. Tim was our first face-to-face contact and he was extremely professional but personable and understanding of our newness to the whole world of remote storage. Feeling a bit vulnerable and sad seeing a huge portion of our lives having come to an end, Mr. Tim, Willie and Sandy never made us feel insignificant or just another unit rental to them. They quickly became friends and always had kind, warm words to greet us. Willie and Sandy and I would have wonderful conversations that were inspirational and always left me uplifted. I will truly miss them and wish them well in work and in life.

I was met at that door, by the kind and professional staff member. I sat down and was given all the directions I needed to handle my space. I was escorted to my unit and was shown how and what to do using a lift. All of the safety issues to be taken seriously! I was shown how to lock and unlock unit, that was immaculately kept! I found the entire place to be this way! Im so happy I chose this place that was 5 minutes away! Many Thanks on a job well done, Mr Willie Harris.

The staff in the office were always friendly and helpful and when I called the 800 number they would answer any questions I had. If I were to need another storage unit I would return to Cubesmart.

The staff at the Cranford location are ever accommodating, helpful, and personable. I have had a unit at this location for almost two years and it has been a super pleasant experience. Sandy, Willie, and Tim are just superb people. Most recently, Sandy phoned me up because she had a better suggestion for me regarding my storage unit. I got a better location, larger unit at LOWER rate. Love, love, LOVE you, Sandy!

Efficient staff and convenient hours!

Everything was quick and easy and great customer service.

Mother was there for 5 years, but when she needed to take her stuff to her new home they would not give her a refund for her month payment she just had paid for the next month, they said it was policy, no refunds. Terrible, Terrible, doing that to an 81 year old. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to no one, go somewhere else. At least they will take care of you better. She asks for her month rent back and they say no, shame on you.

This was our first time renting a storage unit and we were amazed at the ease of the process. We were provided all of the necessary information and our questions were answered thoroughly. The facility was clean and secure. Access to our account on line is easy. And service was extremely friendly from start to finish. Definitely 5 stars!

Its that time! Finally moving out! It truly has been a pleasure doing business with CubeSmart at this location. Willie (manager) has been awesome! Hes help me out a lot not only in the time I lost my keys but this time around as well (where I found myself in a jam)! Im truly grateful & pleased in how neat, clean the facility always is & in how great they took care of my personal belongings! I totally recommend this place! Great customer service at Cranford location.

People are pleasant... but extremely inconvenient for the customer! It is practically archaic compared to other facilities such as Access Storage. It was a few dollars less because it is not climate controlled and there is no individual lighting in the units. So you will either freeze or sweat in the dark! Come on Cube get with The Times!!🤯

The location is pride for me . The locks are difficult to use! People are helpful and the people who store their things help one another.. Team work . I like that especially if they see you struggling .

The representative that helped us was very helpful and friendly. We are very satisfied except for the transition from the lift to our storage unit. There is a step that makes it difficult to manuver the hand cart going to the unit and even harder trying get back to the lift with a full cart. There should be a ramp that would make the move possible for someone moving their stuff alone.

Willie Harris & Sandy Irvine were very helpful yesterday, Feb. 5th, when the elevator we were using became stuck halfway up. Willie even came from home to assist! Within a few minutes, he was able to remove my boxes from the cart and start the elevator again! Thank you Willie and Sandy for AWESOME SERVICE!!!

Very easy to access. Close to home

Signed up for a cube and and second floor. The elevator lift has not been working since day one. Everything carried individually by hand to second floor. 2 weeks going and still not operational. Woud not really be a big deal if I was just loading new items... but this was the initial storage of all my junk.P.S. still paying regular price.

Manager tim had a very bad attitude not good customer service I asked him a question about if they can fix the gate he had a very bad attitude . also all the gates are rundown they need to be relined or replaced.. I had to repair my own gate to close in order to rent out the unit

I can’t say enough bad things about this place. The people who work in the office are the RUDEST people I have ever met in my life. Horrible.

MY experience was very pleasant and enjoyable. Mr. Harris was informative and helpful in providing the necessary forms and information.

I was underwhelmed at first as I did not do my research and was quite disappointed at the choices and the inaccessibility of the units. The manager, Willie Harris, would not let me leave unhappy. He found an awesome deal for me which was for a unit that was close to a lift. I recommend CubeSmart Cranford.

Ok, its a storage unit. But, as a customer for about 6 years, they get you in...and then constantly jack up the rent. Tired of getting little post cards announcing rent going up ANOTHER $30/month. Go elsewhere!
