Had a technician come to my house in May. 2 months, eight times I was told the owner will call you later today and was finally told we dont do that repair in late July, even though the tech in May said they do. Called the owner one last time for an explanation, and again ignored.Dont bother

I had tech by name of Rabindra. He was extremely unprofessional. He worked very slow, while consistently going on breaks to his van. He also was glued to his phone when he wasn’t working. I felt like he was hitting on me at times too. It was like the start of a x rated movie. I felt very uncomfortable. And wasn’t even fixed properly.

Brighton Air was recommended to me and when I called them they came out to give me an estimate. However, since they do not give you the estimate onsite, I was told that they will email it to me by EOD. That was four days ago. I called them yesterday and asked what happened, maybe they misspelled my email address etc., and I was told that the person who was at my house is on the road and once he is back they will give me a call. Needless to say, I did not receive a call and when I call now, the phone is not picked up. I just do not understand why a local business would treat potential customers like this. Also, the work I needed done is over $ 10000 (new furnace and air conditioning), so this was not supposed to be a small job for them.

I am extremely happy with the service Brighton Air Corp provided me. The service man was very personable. Diagnosed the problem, explained the procedure to fix it and my air conditioning unit was up and running in no time.Thank you Brighton Air for keeping my home cool on this hot days!

Brighton Air installed our AC about 4 years ago, and we could not be happier with the work performed. Danny the owner was professional and very helpful in explaining the work involved and the various options available to us.Earlier this year we had an expansion added to our house, and Brighton Air returned to inspect the installed Central Air unit and made adjustments to get the unit running again.We highly recommend Brighton Air!

Professional, reliable, responsive and caring! Brighton Air is the full package! After my air conditioning broke on a hot 90 degree day I decided to call Brighton Air since they are local and Ive heard good things. The owner, Danny, arrived within the hour and quickly diagnosed the problem, a clogged filter dryer. He replaced the filter dryer, vacuumed my system and charged it back up again. Danny was sensitive to the fact that I have a young child at home and ensured everything was in tip top shape before leaving. He worked until nearly 9PM to get everything back up and running and thoroughly checked the rest of the system to give me extra peace of mind. I highly recommend Brighton Air and will definitely use them moving forward.

I cant stress how much personality and integrity can really leave an impression on someone as a client. Being a business owner I can understand how busy someones workload can be. Daniel still answered my plea for help, and was able to come see my commercial space in less than 30 minutes. I was blown away at how friendly, understanding, and straight to the point he was. A real no nonsense guy. He stood by me every step of the way during his troubleshooting, helping me find the weak points in my hvac system. Hes a busy guy but in my opinion, his work speaks for itself, and in business, being busy is a good problem to have. 10 out of 10 if I could write multiple reviews, I would. Dan is the man.

I am so glad I hired these guys. Danny contacted us immediately after posting on Facebook looking for a good company to service our air. He came out that night and worked to find a solution. Extremely friendly and fantastic work. The next day there was a different problem with the unit, and Danny came back out that night and fixed it! He didnt want us to be in the heat without our air! I am so happy we selected them. I highly reccomend them to anyone.

Terrible service and the service man had a nasty attitude. overpriced and the service man left for many hours to get a part he should of had on his truck.

Terrible service and horrible attitude. Never showed up for the job. After calling they said they will see where the driver is, never showed up. This happend twice. Never will call again.
