Delivery driver does not deliver to my home for packages I need to sign for. This person states that he delivered and left a notice while actually not leaving a notice. My package was scheduled for delivery today and although I was at home all day, with my front door open, the driver still stated he came and left a notice and I was not home... This is not the first time this person has lied about previous packages being delivered while also leaving a notice while there being no notice on my door. Id appreciate it if this delivery driver could be replaced with someone willing to deliver packages. Thank you!

I guess they wont deliver a package to me if I live in an apartment complex??! 🤷🏼‍♀️ the package was scheduled to be re-delivered yesterday. And nothing has changed. I dont know what to do besides filing a claim.

Called to ask if they accept general delivery and if there’s anything else I should know. We live in out on the county road with a long driveway and they usually just leave packages at the end of the driveway. I was getting a large expensive package delivered and it has been raining so I didn’t want it to get ruined or stolen so thought I would just pick it up in town at the post office. Big mistake. When I went to pick up my package they charged $100 extra postage “because the UPS truck delivered it” idk how it costs more money for them to hand over the package to me instead of bringing it 10 miles out of town and this was not expressed over the phone when I called. Such a ripoff. The UPS truck goes right to the post office so why does it cost more to pick it up there. Worst customer service ever I feel like I just got scammed by a disgruntled postage worker.

Terrible, I have an online business and I order a lot of materials from Amazon, this week alone they destroyed 3 packages and one just went missing. Not impressed about item control at all.

Just wow. Customer contacted our company because their tracking number was still showing the package had not received a delivery scan, but they had received the package two weeks prior. Called this post office to let them know of the error and was met with a ringing telephone that transitions to a loud, piercing sound after about 10-15 seconds. Called back twice to make sure it wasnt a one time error. Nope, definitely appears to be on purpose. Heard it each time. Super professional...

Im so not happy with the Craig post office. I leave outside of town and I dont get mail at my house but sometimes I get a package with the house address on it so entstand of trying to deliver it to the PO box they just send it back. I understand they have a lot of packages but they use to make sure you got your mail no matter what not now. There is no customer service at all they just dont care.

Have to come here all the time to pick up packages. Its not bad for a little post office. Some people dont know how to park but thats not their fault.Deducting a star because the hours are ridiculous to try to accommodate, especially when you have to pick up every package that wont for in your mailbox.

This place is a joke. They close at 4pm. Who closes at 4pm. How is someone with a job ever supposed to accomplish anything when the post office closes at 4pm. Take your business elsewhere.

What would it take for the mailperson to drop the package at my door? Itd take the same amount of time as it does to fill out that stupid card. Do I need to pay money? You guys really suck at doing your job. My packages are always late because your mail carriers wont get out of their vehicle to drop the package off at my doorstep. The little card they leave in my mailbox is annoying to see when they claim to have tried to deliver but never even got out of their vehicle.

My customer had her package mailed here. Tracking showed delivered and she never got it...Im hearing of more and more packages getting stolen in the Craig Post Office, Im really disappointed. Now she has to go through this whole file a claim thing, but because she has a busy life she doesnt have time to do all that to get a replacement in. And now shes out money because of it. Just makes me sad...

Really defeats the purpose of 2 day shipping when it takes them till 8 pm to deliver my packages!!!!!! USPS is the worst

Ordered a package was suppose to get it September never did. Ordered another was suppose to be here Saturday bust never got here. Dont know if people are not putting the key into my mailbox or not. Worthless

Always late with my mail. If package is too big for my mailbox they wont get out of the truck and set on my doorstep, usually they just put a card in mailbox that says can not deliver no one home. Then I have to go across the street and catch them on the way down the other side to grab my package. Worthless.

It was just horrible it was set up bad you cant even tell the Machine your package number because it cant pick up on what youre saying and the call back doesnt work either it cant pick up on your phone number or area code just garbage.
