We were passing through town pulling our 40’ toy hauler. We stopped at Walmart to pick up a few items. My husband did his tire checks when we stopped and learned we had broken a leaf spring. Several local businesses recommended Hatten Enterprises and one gave them a call and told them our situation. Within minutes after 4p.m., Dalton Hatten arrived to our location, assessed the damaged part, gathered his tools and went to work. He knew exactly what to do and had us back on the road in no time. He is an incredible asset to the company and his work was stellar. We were humbled by his sincere appreciation for my husband’s military career. We highly recommend Dalton and Hatten Enterprises for accurate, speedy, and honest workmanship.

We hired Hatten for snowplowing, got charged more than we were quoted because more equipment suddenly showed up. Our fence pole was broken during the job and they were fully aware. They did a great job with the amount of snow we had, so I was comfortable paying the additional amount trusting them to make good on their damage. However, they did not. We fixed it and they said they would pay and did not. Its been a year and no resolution. Watch your property with these guys and make sure you know how much youll have to pay in the end. After posting this review, I was contacted by Hatten and they did pay for the damages.

Snow plow: Showed up same day (only a few hours after calling) and did an amazing job. I expected it to take an hour or 2 but they managed it in roughly 20 minutes and exceeded my expectations. Thank you again .

This company will do anything just to take your money! Ive had 2 horrible experiences with them. I will never go back to them again! Kelly is bully and crooked as they come! Money is #1 in his life!!

I got my truck stuck on Black Mountain and it was very close to a large Aspen tree making the situation even more challenging. Kelly used two plow trucks with winches to get my truck out. He and Jeff were able to get my truck not only out but without any damage or even a scratch on it. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and a very easy going guy. Kelly and his son Dalton towed us from the middle of nowhere to their place and they fixed our rental RV very quickly and for a very reasonable amount. They were very kind and efficient, we were so lucky our insurance company called them for us. And it was a Sunday which adds some value to their great service. I would definitely recommend this place.

Driving with our jeep and towing a camper, the front wheel fell off and we ended up in a ditch. Kelly and his son can to our rescue. The put the jeep on their flatbed and towed the camper with their personal vehicle. Brought us to Craig and helped get both vehicles stored safely and then helped out by finding is a hotel. Never once did we feel anything other than family to them. Not just a job. You can’t find people like this most places but you will with this company. These guys are absolutely AMAZING!! I learned so much from them. After taking their class on maneuvers and an over the road class I was able to get my CDL. They even taught me more after I had already passed! If you are thinking of paying thousands of dollars to go to truck school, think again. Their classes are so affordable and you will learn way more then in two weeks of truck school. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs to get a commercial drivers license...

Hatten enterprises is as crooked as they come. In a small community where people are supposed to help one another, this company saw my wife as a vulnerable target when she walked in the door. They quoted her a price of $150 to install a part in her car. after they completed the work they then informed her it would cost her an additional $300 to make the part work. Knowing that the part is mandatory to her vehicle working. when we asked them to remove the part so the vehicle would again at least run(even though roughly) they said they would not unless we paid $160 for a removal fee. In addition, she was also charged a full hourly rate for 3 mechanics in order for them to push her dead vehicle 30 feet form outside their door into the shop. when they knew before hand that this was going to be the process yet they did not cover that with her before hand in their bid to her.People and business owners like Kelly hatten and his wife are the reason this community is dying and this world is becoming soo ugly.GREEDSELFISHNESSandA general lack of a human Soul

Kelly and his guys are great. Had a late night incident and kelly answered his phone and was more than happy to help. Kelly sent out his guys to drag my truck and heavy trailer out of the ditch. This was a very difficult recovery due to the hill, snow and icy and his guys did AWSOME. The price was also very reasonable. I would recommend hatten to anyone.
