We purchased the house last yr and the previous owners setup the termite treatment. The account was closed and they came to collect their items. This would have been fine if we received notification about that you were coming to collect you items but there was nothing. No mail, no knock on the door. Two vehicles in the drive way and no one knocked. They entered our fence and went into our personal property without notification. Here in these parts you need to be cautious of doing that, there is no telling who has a dog or a gun. We are positive our dog scared him out of our fence before my husband found out someone was trespassing. They are very lucky she didnt get a hold of them. Next time you go to collect your property off of someones personal property be sure to send some form of notification. You cannot say you do not have their address if you know where your equipment is and if you see vehicles in the drive way there is most likely someone home. KNOCK AND ASK IF THEY ARE OK WITH YOU COLLECTING YOUR THINGS OR IF THEY WANT TO CONTINUE SERVICES!! be smart about your business and think about the safety of yourself and the people who work for you.

Been using this company for about a year now. Never had one issue. They have always been on time, professional and taken care of whatever pest problem we’ve had. Just today, Kevin Dye spotted some yellow jackets by my A/C unit, and took care it. He texted and even gave me heads up about, which I appreciated. I’d recommend them to anyone in need!

Great service. Reliable. Reasonably priced. If we have had an issue of unexpected activity, the Bigham Services would come right back out to re-treat without additional fees. I like that.The firm not only treat, but educate us on what the treatment does, don’t do and communicate clear expectations. When determined bugs are found in the home, most often they are laying on their backs ready for disposal.When season changes comes which may causes for unusual activities in differing species of bugs, we are notified to be on the look out and or if additional treatment is suggested.I’ve told Jason that other prospective treatment providers have knocked on our door. We always share with them that we are very happy with our provider and won’t switch even if they promote being a little cheaper.We pay for them meeting (or going above) expectations. Integrity, reliability and education added value is why we stay. I highly recommend.

When I was looking for a new service, I was having issues with seeing a bug in my bathrooms and once they sprayed, I havent seen them anymore. Ive been using Bigham Pest Services for close to a year now and overall, it has been a good experience. Hes knowledgeable about the different pests and the stuff he uses to spray with does work. Ive never had problems with a lot of pests coming into my apartment before prior to moving down here to Atlanta, but Bigham has helped out with minimizing the pests from coming in. If they did come in, they would end up dead from the spray. Hes very quick and knows what hes doing. Great customer service and affordable compared to his competitors. When we purchased our house 6 years ago, we continued with Bingham Pest Services that was established by the previous owner. Over the years, Jason has earned our trust and loyalty and well take his services with us should we move again. A great example of his honest customer service was this past summer when we were having the yard treated monthly for mosquitoes. Even though he was scheduled to perform the service in September, he talked with us first and said that he didnt think it was necessary since the weather was cooling off and mosquitoes were gone. He could have performed the service and taken our money, but instead chose honesty.
