I have been getting my acrylic nails done for 15 years at a location in Conyers, GA. My nail specialist, unexpectedly, went elsewhere or retired. No one at that salon would share that information. I was devastated. I decided to try CT Nails today for a pedicure. After seeing how clean and professional the salon and its staff were to everyone who came in, I decided to take a chance on a new set of nails. I won the lottery!!! Jimmy was so wonderful, personal and competent. Trust me when I say that this is the best my nails have EVER looked. I have been blessed! I am a perfectionist and I couldnt be more pleased!!!

I would typically go to black owned nail technicians but they are mainly far of a drive for me but this place is the only nail salon I trust to do my nails! Henry gone get me right every time & makes sure I enjoy my visit!

I went to CT Nails for the first time today & they were pretty decent. The prices arent bad but I expected my foot massage with my pedicure to be more than what it was for the cost. It lasted all of three minutes & with being pregnant I was surely looking forward to that part. The overall work was good -- theyll get a second chance from me!

This will be my salon from now on. They did great work!

This nail salon is quiet and clean. The gentleman who serviced me was polite and professional. The female nail tech wasnt too happy when I asked for a face mask because of the strong odor; but she had on one so why not ask the customer if theyd like to be protected from the chemicals, too?

If I was able to give a zero for ratings I would. First off i went to get my nails taken off for a new set of SNS from the last time I got it done at this same place. I noticed that there was fungus on about 3 of my nails. Long story short i told them that I didn’t feel comfortable getting nails done as i felt the nail bed needed to breath a little. They convinced me that after using some kind of serum on nails that it would be find and they will just use gel color. Thinking that this would be free of charge after they caused my nails to have fungus. They still charged me full price. Money hungry place period. They could care less about there customers. Very disappointed and will not be going back to them. PS i am a regular customer and went every two weeks. That didn’t matter.

I went to get a pedicure on a Tuesday morning around 11. When I walked in I was told there was a 10 minute wait. I sat down for about 3 minutes and noticed a mildew smell. I decided to leave.

Th pedicure was good, but my gel polish started chipping pretty bad after 2 days ! & the tech did not polish my nails all the way down to the cuticle leaving gaps between my skin and the polish on a few nails.

Sat in warm water for 15 minutes (which became cold) and a lady that had a customer asked me if I was okay; which wasnt even the lady that started my water. I wont be coming here ever again! I went to Nail Care Spa in Conyers, Ga off of HWY20 near Publix it was worth the drive!!!!

The absolute worst place to get your nails done at. The nails break after 1 day!!! When you confront the owner then you have to wait until the tech who messed up your nails come in!!! How fair is that.... they already have my money!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!! As you can see not 1 person getting their nails done this man refused to take 5 mins to fix my 40 dollar set until the next day!!!

Nice, clean, and quiet nail shop. Polish didnt last very long, but the massage was nice. They treat you differently if you tip.

I received a full set from a different salon about 2 weeks ago & my nails were jacked up. I went to CT nails & had them remove the damaged set & gave me a new full set. I was VERY PLEASED with the outcome. I told them that they had a new customer. We will see how the continued service goes.

I don’t normally spend time doing reviews but earlier today i went to get my nails done and i left there in a bad mood. i got a full set and i wanted a long set of coffin nails. during getting my nails done i was getting burned by the equipment. he used way too much acrylic to where it ended up on the sides of my fingers. he then tried to pry it off with pliers which caused me to bleed. after the acrylic he started to file my nails. not one of my nails matched. some were short, others longer than the other, some were thin, some were loaded with acrylic. i then realized he didn’t really know what he was doing so i took the nail file from him and filed my own nails to the shape i wanted. moments later, a girl walked in im assuming she worked there but was just stopping in. she came to me and said let me fix it & and asked what shape i needed. after she finished they still weren’t right. i then had to talk to the manager and she told me they could fix it. they shortened them and they still weren’t right. i finally let her cut them down to short square nails and she wanted to polish them but i didn’t let her because i was aggravated with the whole place. when you ask to talk to one person almost every employee gangs up on you and it makes you feel uncomfortable. my sister got her eyebrows done and one was arched and one was straight. i don’t ever want to go back again. after leaving i had to go to walmart to get a nail file and nail polish to do my nails at home. its better to just get an acrylic kit and do them yourself!! i definitely DO NOT RECCOMEND anyone going there!!

If I could give this nail salon 0 stars I would do it! I came in to get a pedicure today and I received stares and heard laughter from multiple employees especially the lady who usually does nails. Although I do not know what they are saying, I used context clues so I knew they were most likely laughing and talking about my feet. I was infuriated! Even the pedicure guy was laughing along with the other employees when they would talk back and forth with him. So, after my pedicure was done I told the pedicure guy and another employee who decided to listen in, that I didnt appreciate them laughing and talking about my feet. Its their job to do pedicures on peoples feet. I told them that I would pay for my pedicure but I would NOT be returning. Why do you think its okay to make fun of peoples feet?! I can take my business elsewhere. The other employee replied with, okay. They rang me up and then I left. I wouldnt recommend going to CT Nails because they are unprofessional, rude.. just not great at all. GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN COVINGTON!

As soon as I walked in they was unhelpful. They did not listen and basically laughed at me because i wanted powder on my real nail and didnt want a fake nail. I have small chidren and babies I take care of everyday and i use powder because it last longer and doesnt chip. When it came time to do my brows she rushed me out of there and as i started to look at them she kept patting my back telling me to come on basically because she didnt do well i spent close to 100$ in there the most i ever spent in a nail salon and i feel like i was over charged and even though my experience was horrible i left a 10$ tip. If i wasnt getting tanned next door I would have walked out it was so hot and the people are very rude. Also i asked them to match the powder with the gel polish and they couldnt manage to do that.

Did horrible on my nails. Popped off after two weeks (sets normally can last me 5 without a fill in) and they were bumpy and rushed while doing them. Only giving two starts bc they did okay on my eyebrows.

Weve only visited this salon twice and the first time was a decent enough experience. I mean our nails werent shaped exactly how we wanted and it kinda rubs me the wrong way when the techs catch a tude even when you politely ask them to correct something. Yet, no worries. Well, we went back today and things didnt go so well. Pedicures went fine. Then the (male) tech that was to do my fill in reminded me how prevalent white privilege still is in this day and age. I watched this tech interact with a Caucasian customer and he seemed really friendly. When I sat in the chair I didnt get the warm and fuzzy interaction. No problem. Then the Caucasian lady came back in the salon because one nail had a little bubble or something. The tech was literally in the middle of doing my nails and he jumped up so darn fast to assist this young lady that I had to pinch myself to make sure I was still sitting there. I was insulted to say the least. He didnt acknowledge me to just say excuse me for one moment or even ask do you mind if I handle this... nothing! He finally gets back to me and to his credit he did apologize so Im back to no worries... Im thinking its just a difference in culture. Finish the fill in, I wash my hands and before I can sit back down he snaps, $40! Im like a deer caught in the headlights at this point. I was trying to explain that I still had to get my eyebrows done, I wasnt only paying for myself and that I had to add three tips. Hes still snapping different prices at me, then I remember how the Caucasian women walked around the salon for SEVERAL minutes while waiting on each other and didnt pay until they were ready to leave the salon. To try to end this review...I still tipped all the techs that worked on us (including him) and I spoke with the manager before leaving. Wasted my breath and time. She made excuses for him and apologized for him. I expressed that we would not be returning to that salon but heck, they had our money by then. I watched her go back into the salon and laugh with the guy I just complained about. I know losing 2 customers wont affect change, but LESSON LEARNED!

Came out the way to get nails and pedicure since have 17.99 pedi special. It was Horrible from jump, had to show him were feet were still dry, had to ask him to use metal scrubber for feet . 1 Nail popped off day later had to wait so long for them to fix . Asked for thick nails made them even thinner. They do not pay attention to request and detail . Will not recommend.

My nails look like I did them and I’m not a pro, lol. My first warning was the tech not knowing how to shape the nail and having to call someone over to help . Then him having apply the tip by putting the glue on top of the nail and rip. Like... tf He almost forgot to have me wash my hands after he finally corrected the extra acrylic messy buildup. Also my right index lost the entire nail three days later. Mind you I only went swimming... never going there again. One of my daughters nails popped off as well within the same time frame and we all had different nail techs!Some nails were too thick and I asked for a very easy a square round look. I had to REPEATEDLY tell the tech to correct each nail that was imperfect. I wish I could post a pic of the mess. He used too much acrylic And it kinda just ran onto my finger and HARDENED! Don’t go there. Drive to Conyers or another Covington location.

SMDM Also another thing about these salons here in Covington they will rush you out of there chair once a Caucasian comes in they really give them the royal treatment

I decided to try a new place and ended up even more disappointed than the usual. I went for a mani and spa pedi, wasnt given a massage on either of the two, while being rushed to finish because there were a couple ppl waiting. I also left with air bibles on my painted nails and feet.. not visiting again.

Disrespectful. They talk about people. There is the teens that are kids of the workers and take pictures laugh show there parents and they laugh too. Everyone is laughing pointing and whispering this is not a good business (PERIOD)!!😡

Just awful. I wish I could rate this place with zero stars. After going to this salon my nails cracked the next week. The nail tech rushed on my nails and she seemed irritated when I asked her to please not make my nails so wide. Please spend your money and time elsewhere.

Asked for a pedicure with square shape & they made one big toe round they look so bad now . i asked her to file them down to make it square but she already cut them in even . painting was ok but don’t waste your time here 👎🏽

I went there paying almost 50$ ! Then the day after one of my nails popped off! Then just today another one popped off ! And I just got them done two days ago . Then they were rushing through my nails like Im not the paying customer. what so ever the case is I think you should save your money and go to another nail salon .PERIOD
