They arent open 24hrs. I arrived at 445am Sunday morning to locked doors and lights out. I got up early, carried my laundry 6 blocks only to have to carry it back. Just be honest about your hours

Go to Covington Laundromat near Anchor Grill. They dont lie about being 24 hrs and are way more reliable.

I went the first time in the evening during the week. Attendant was cleaning and disinfecting the whole time we were there, super attentive, and friendly. The place was clean and well kept. The downside is that the change machine kept shorting me money, I probably lost about $2.50 between the change machine and a washer. Wasnt thrilled about that bc I feel like the laundromat should be able to refund all money lost; I shouldnt have to wait to receive a refund. The machines are a bit high priced as well. Pleased with the environment and attendant, just not with losing money to the machines.Edit: After going here around four times I have lost several dollars in different machines...washer, dryer, change machine, vending machine. The change machine doesnt work well. It was totally out of service the other day. I recommend taking your own quarters if you go. I dont drive and had to walk from store to store trying to get quarters to do laundry. Even if the change machine does work if your money isnt totally flat and crisp it will just spit out your money. Attendant on the weekend isnt very friendly. Wouldnt even swap out my dollar for another dollar for the change machine but gave another customer a fresh stack of singles. Several of the machines dont work or dont work correctly. The dryers dont dry well. I spent $8.00 drying my laundry tonight! Thats twenty minutes per dollar, and it still wasnt totally dry. Im sorry but this is ridiculous! If you have a car I recommend going to the Laundromax in Newport. I used to go there when they were Newport Wash and Tan. There was always an attendant on duty. They are very clean and quiet and if you lose money in machine or the machine doesnt work properly, they refund you your money right away. Good customer service as well. I go to this laundromat out of convenience but honestly after today I probably wont go back. Tired of spending tons of money for my clothes to still feel dirty and leave with them wet. Plus 2 of the 3 attendants are rude.

Love the rules there because if you are not washing clothes you cannot be there and bathrooms are locked like if you are not doing laundry you cant use them.. And always clean .

Ive always came to City Limits when I need to use a washer and dryer. Price is lightweight high, but the availability is priceless. Plus I dont drive.

I got here early because the sign clearly says, Open 24hr.Not true! I got here before 08:00, and they are closed! It is now 08:01 and I am STILL WAITING!!!

I will never go here again to wash my clothes, clothes got stuck in one washer transferred them to another one and it went the whole cycle to come out soaked so i spent 3 hrs in this hell hole... Never Again

I cant stand to be around alot of people I have severe PTSD. And so usually I do mine about 2nd to almost 3rd. Shift I came tonight at 10:04 and the man said nope turn around we closed. I love this laundromat its close and the machines work but so now what are their business hours.

Im going out of state guest stop by to do my laundry the lady there was horrible she favored others I was told I couldnt take a bath get out put my laundry in and bring it back in I had to carry everything yet someone else did it he should have been the basket to do it with I was told I could not sit inside while my clothes were trying to pay attention to him or my wash yes she let others who also had a vehicle do this I understand what this whole covid-19 of being careful but all rules apply to everyone not just someone of A different race just the way she spoke and handled herself her customer service was horrible Im glad I never have to go back there again

I’ve been going to this laundry mat for the past 6 months now and I’m usually satisfied with the people and the service. Today was a different story. I usually do laundry in the night time but today I did it in the morning. The lady working there was being very hateful and rude to me and my family. We were minding our own business, just doing our laundry when she walked up to us and said that we needed to go outside because there were too many people in the place. There were other people there just standing around talking, but never said anything to them because she knew them. She continued to target and call out on me and my family, but no one else. If you plan on doing laundry, don’t do it in the morning because you will have to deal with this lady’s attitude.

It was busy when I went, at 11:30AM on a Sunday. This place is open 24/7 and was very clean; I saw attendants cleaning some of the machines. However there is a warning that states you need to check machines and they are not responsible for any damage.

This place is NOT OPEN 24/7 came at 1am to find the doors locked.

Some of the attendants that work daytime hours have been rude and abrasive when I spoke with them so I started coming here to do my laundry later when they are close to closing. Also, it says 24 hours but they have been closing at 11 pm. For almost a year now.

1star cause my clothes got cleaned! Every time I’m here a worker gets rude with me. Never again!!! I’d rather go to pike st laundry mat and sit with the drunk bums while I do my laundry. The nastiness is so unnecessary!!!

I went there today with a car full of bed linens, so much that my husband drove his car separately to carry all the stuff for me. I chose this laundromat because it’s close and very clean. Unfortunately, I had to go elsewhere. The attendant was in the lot smoking and overheard me say to my husband, “Let me make sure their change machine is working today. Last time I carried in all my stuff and there was no change.” She hurried inside and stood in front of the change machine. As I approached, she said, “You have to bring your stuff in before you can get change.” I told her I will not & that she only said that because she heard me. In a time when businesses are facing a great deal of uncertainty, I’m shocked that anyone is turning away customers for the sake of satisfying some weird internal need to be in control. She stood to gain nothing by having us unload our stuff before verifying their often empty change machine had change. She saw an opportunity to inconvenience a family and took it.

It is affordable, clean has TVs and music and the customer service is on point, all of the city Limits stores are great.

Its always nice and clean. This particular time they didnt have any quarters. A big inconvenience to try a found another establishment to let you buy $10 worth of quarters.

I feel the lady that works there was very rude she was very lazy about her job did not want to help with a washer I was having problems with told me she couldnt do anything about it and wouldnt refund my money told me u will have to wait until tomorrow when another lady was there which I didnt mide that it was her attitude I will never go back there again

A majority of the staff here are very pleasant and attentive to you and your needs. They have a huge selection of washers of all different sizes and prices. The lowest being 2.50 for typical top loaders you would use at home. The most being 8.75 for an 8 load huge washer. The dryers are .25 for 5 mins but usually your clothes are completely dry for a dollar or less. The amount of laundry you can get done for the price is fantastic. They have a laundry detergent machine on site as well as a concession type area and a few claw machines. There is an ATM inside.

The one and only laundry Matt I will go to. I will drive 45 mins to wash at any city limit. They are very clean, staff on duty & the staff are very professional! I love city limits from this location to the one in Cincinnati. The only laundry Matts I will go to!

Absolutely love this place the washers work really really well and its cheap can usually go do about 20 loads of laundry for like 10 $11

Yea its a nice place to do laundry but if a coin laundry mat dont have any coins then that makes it very inconvenient to do laundry we had to spend 30 mins drivin thru covington to find change to dry our already washed clothes

Not open all night or the employees take naps and don’t answer the door. Showed up at 5 am to find the door locked and no one around. Open sign was on and all. Called several times no answer and honked the horn. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR A BUSINESS WHOSE MAIN SELLING POINT IS 24 HOURS!Never Again!

Things were easy to get to close to save a lots but there are workers that need a course in not been nasty to other my bother has medical problems and she was so nasty to him hell not go back there with out me. Wished I Nue owners Id let them no what kind of person they have working for them

This is the best place to do laundry. They have 6x and 4x loaders and the prices are really reasonable.

The place looks new, Its bigger and convenient but the bathroom needs some help.

Its convient close to home... However, they have a roach issue... Especially the last row of white washing machines, you can guarantee you will see roaches, it never fails.

Im almost certain these reviews must have been left by owners or employees .. exactly the opposite of my experience . The employee working prompted my overnight washing business to be taken elsewhere.. she never even removed her cell phone from her ear the entire conversation we had.
