I hired King Kleaning because someone dropped a candle & spilled candle wax in my carpet and I needed to get it out professionally. They came while I wasnt home so my husband showed them the spot where the candle was spilled and called me to let me know they were already there. By the time I got home, about 20 mins later, he said they already left and they were there for only about 5 minutes. I looked at the spill and the main spill was gone, but there were drops of splatter all over the place that havent been touched. I called them back immediately to see why the splatter wasnt touched and the owner got furious and started screaming right away, saying they just left and werent coming back because I had to be there to show him if there were any other spots that needed to be removed. I tried to be polite & explain that it wasnt another spot, its the same area and it was droplets of wax just inches away from that main area that they cleaned, because thats what happens when a candle falls. If its liquid, it will splatter. Thats common sense. He said they worked with a 3 ft by 3 ft area and whatever was in that area was supposedly done. That is completely untrue, which even my husband confirmed. The whole area between the wall & the dining room table isnt even that wide. But this guy wouldnt even listen, he just kept interrupting me yelling, Listen, lady! You are accusing me of not doing my job and no one would take this well, so I dont want to talk to you! Completely unacceptable.These people are completely unprofessional and to charge $100 (their minimum) for just 5 minutes where they didnt even do a good job on, unbelievable! They shouldve at least had my husband inspect the area before they left, which he still shouldve but his mistake for trusting the professionals. If it were up to me, I wouldnt even pay them, but a house cleaning company was paying for this since theyre the ones who spilled the candle at my house.Do yourself a favor, do NOT hire these people.
