This place is amazing! Dori is super helpful with our glass repair on our cars windshield. Just a few weeks later we needed new glass for our shower and we are super happy with the results. A person could not go wrong with this company. They have a strong desire to please customers.

I purchased a house in August 2020. The previous homeowners scheduled a window replacement covered by warranty as the current ones were faulty. It is currently SEPTEMBER 2021 (yes, over a full year) and my windows have still not been replaced.This company originally came out and measured the window size incorrectly, resulting in needing to order a different set. Ive called and emailed throughout the year requesting more information on when, how, and what is going on with the replacement. I have received no feedback since November 2020.I would NOT recommend this company. Absolutely no communication and it is VERY obvious that at this point I am being ignored and no replacement is coming.

Be very careful here . They are not qualified to install windows. Run 🏃🏼‍♀️ Unlike us we wanted to support a community business. Lots of repairs and damage to existing window frames .

I have been referred to CG from numerous friends and I also prefer to use local businesses. I have contacted them twice over the last three years and they never followed up. I thought I would give it one more go and after chasing them down for an estimate they came out. Now, no response on the installation. This is really too bad for them since my project went from one window to 8. Im done with CG.

They came out quickly, but were back ordered on the glass. We had a deadline and they made it work!

Too busy for new customers and lacks skills in product they offer. They seems confident in their ability to replace boat glass and they cannot. If you want to chase them for weeks and have them miss appointments, then send out guys that don’t know how to measure glass and reschedule for a time somebody who does can come out, and then come out unannounced while you’re not home... all to eventually tell you it’s now their busy season and they cannot help (which they claim they told me it was coming up on their busy season, and they in fact did not)... then call these guys. Started this quest in Sept. and finally exhausted in March. This is the challenge with trying to keep things local. I suggest going to bigger company that has bandwidth outside their favorite builders.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would, great place they are quick, on time, fair pricing and helpful. Replaced a large mirror in my bathroom in 3 days.

Had to replace some window balancers. They found the right ones for me, and came out and finished the job and in a short time. Dori was very helpful. Cory did a wonderful job. He showed me how to fix it myself if it happens again.

Dont let the looks deceive you. Everyone is very friendly and the quality is exceptional. The prices are competitive. I needed a small glass mirror to replace one that was broken for a customer. Service was fast and the product finished earlier than expected.

Ive had Covington glass cut a new shelf for my display case in the past and just recently had them replace the glass on the sliding potion of my dining room window. They do a FANTASTIC job while providing great quality customer service at a fair price. Ill continue to take any of my glass or window needs here

We had 3 window glass replaced. They were prompt, they were courteous, they left without a sign that theyd been here.We will need full window replacement again soon. We will certainly give Dan and his crew a call.

Awesome work. We accidently locked our patio door so called them to take a look..they immediately came on the same day and fixed the door ( we tried opening same way but didnt work). They have not charged any fee for showing up. I also got my house window replaced last year and like their service and products qualities. I do refer them for any glass window/door work.

This is the only place to call for windows or glass. I own a general contracting company and this is the only glass company we use. Awesome prices and even better service.

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced, took the day off work to have this installation done. I had an appointment at 9:30 and nobody was there by 9:55 so I called the office to figure out where they were at, the woman that had called to verify my appointment 2 days prior told me I wasn’t scheduled for at home install. I told her I gave up the day working and she was completely condescending and rude, there was zero customer service or any level of concern that they had dropped the ball on my appointment, all and all I strongly recommend NOT using this company!!!

First off, we have used Covington Glass before and gotten superior service. The work is always well done. HOWEVER, I am not sure were going to be using them again after this last experience. We scheduled service to be done on a day my husband would be home. He received a call stating that because it wasnt written down, the workers were scheduled elsewhere that day. The woman on the phone made it seem like it was my husbands fault that they (the company) had not written it down or scheduled properly. We have had them scheduled for over a month. They knew we were scheduled. We had to change the day and my husband had to arrange another day off work. Because we, the customers, are being blamed for their mistake, I give them 2 stars. Use this company if you must, but be prepared for bad customer service if they make a mistake.

I came in with a shattered back window. The gentleman that runs the place was so polite & accommodating! There was a mix up with a piece of glass, not their fault at all. They even offered to drive me home so I didn’t have to make two trips! Excellent customer service & just kind overall. I hope I don’t have to return... but I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Lady on the phone was rude and not interested in my business. If you need windshield replacement go somewhere else.

Lesson learned; Stay away. Lady in office is very rude, unprofessional, combative and just a bad person.We wanted full windows but they talked us into replacing just the glass. Now I know why. Install was fine but now the windows are falling apart at the seal. I called to resolve this and spoke to the lady on the office. We agreed that shed have someone come out and call me so we can show them the problems. A week later no response so I decided to call back to follow up and this lady was already in a bad mood. She remembered me and told me the tech was out and didnt find anything. I asked when she said she was not sure but he drove by. This is a 2 story home and the road is about 40 feet back. No way he can drove by and spot the issue.When I asked why they didnt call me so I can show them she got upset and told me its not her problem. Then I asked if the tech wasnt able to see anything why wouldnt she have called me to follow up. This is where she got out of.control and hung up. I called back 8 ir 9 times and same thing.I will have to take the hit on this and have someone else come out.This is what they do, install cheap glass with even cheaper seals that will last just a couple seasons before they start failing and getting moisture in.

Great people to do business with. I brought a 50 yr. old bathroom mirror in to see if the edges could be fixed. they said no, but could cut off the 4 sides that were messed up with age. Dan cut and sanded the edges and gave me some pointers on how to hang another mirror that I bought. charge for trimming the mirror...$0

Driver side slider part of the window on RV shattered. RV dealer said I had to replace the entire window for $990 plus shipping, tax, etc. No way to replace just the slider. Covington Glass had a new slider made, installed it in the main frame ... $200 total. I had to remove the main window from the RV and bring it in, but would have had to do that for the RV dealer too.They also showed me how to fix a window in our home that was not perfectly square. Instead of hours of work and messing up around the window ... they had a trick and charged me $25. :) Wait ... they didnt charge we anything. Friendly place. Dont blink or youll miss it.
