I am surprised at how many people are bashing CPS in Kenton County. These workers are under paid and they do not ever come to your home to do a visit based on whatever call or report that they received. They do have the best interest and well being of the child(ren) at heart. The parents may not feel this to be true because no one wants to be called on and have their job as a parent questioned or to have anyone question their love as a parent. They are not there to attack you and definitely not there to separate families. However their main job is to make sure the are safe and protected from any physical or emotional abuse. You should be glad that they care enough to follow up on the report they received. They can offer you a good amount of resources if you just allow them to do their job and hel you.

Social worker did not do a proper investigation. Did not asked the neglectful parent for a lease or proof of income. Placed the child back in harms way. Situation got so bad that the child ran away and went to the hospital in Boone county to get the help needed. It’s absurd that tax payers money is being used to pay workers that fail to protect children time and time again.

If I could post -5 stars I would. These people should be ashamed of themselves i honestly dont know how they sleep at night. If you love your child and actually want help DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!! They DO NOT... DO NOT care about your kids needs at all. They get paid either way.

It is sad that kids in need are depending on this office for help. Completely willing to offer the guardian every chance under the sun to keep their kids at the expense of the child. Should not take years and multiple reports for a child to be removed fro their living situation. Classic “do nothing”. Not sure how these people lay their heads down at night.

Only 1 star because zero stars is not an option. This place- let put this in nice words, is awful. The staff is so disrespectful. The services are ridiculously slow. Plan to spend 4 hours here. They eat at their desks in front of you. They clearly like to gossip. This place needs some respect and manners. I hope we never have to go to this location again. So rude

NO!! Don’t expect anything from them. Best off finding a private organization to help you get the benefits you need, deserve and have a right to obtain. You will get a different story from every phone call and visit. They had my 77 year old mother in tears on more than one occasion. Employees with a lack of knowledge + terrible attitude = disappointed, confused and frustrated customers.

This place sucks, Tracy Stewart should not be working there. She only showed up once and thanks to her I no longer have custody over my child. When I went down there to reopen the case, they sent me to a few different locations. Those locations sent me back there only for them to deny reopening the case. Mind you I never abused or used drugs around my child they literally have no proof to show anything yet I dont have my son. Beginning to think they enjoy kids growing up without a mother or family.

The workers never call you back, they back track from what they tell you the first time and then say something different. This system is suppose to protect the child they only thing they are protecting is glogging up the system with their unless investigations, these are the people that allow drug Addicted people to have their children. The system needs a new over haul. They can even teach their workers to call people back 3 days later Im still waiting, I know they arent that busy because they arent doing their job.

This place a joke. Waste of tax dollars. Was referred to them by a social worker through my mothers Dr. I brought my mother to my home because she is a hoarder and has diabetes. She is severely depressed and only weighs 90 lbs. Wont eat or take her meds. They would not help me at all said her needs were being met by me. Told me to get gauardingship. What is a piece of paper going to do. She has no will to live and is killing herself. Should have never brought her here but trying to do the right thing. Dont count on these clowns to help with anything. Didnt even want to leave 1 star but had to.

There unprofessional. Terrible!!! Do not have kids in best interest.
