Great place to rent good quality equipment. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the only store we use in the Northern Kentucky Cincinnati area.

Love going here. We visit 2 to 3 times a week to refill our propane tank for our outside heater. Everyone is always in a great mood and super nice everytime. I refuse to go anywhere else for our propane.😀

I rented cotton candy machine and hot dog machine for my sons birthday party. Everything worked great and had no problems. Steffens staff went over all directions and I had no problems with anything. I will definitely let friends and family know about all of their services. They were great!

I didnt realize that Steffens rented party items until a friend told me. I was planning a birthday party for my daughter and wanted to do something special. Steffens has an ice cream machine, cotton candy, hot dog cooker, snow cone machine, and many other items. I was also able to rent some extra tables and chairs. Well let me tell you the party was a huge success!! Thanks to the employees at Steffens, and their expertise everything went smoothly. I will definately tell my friends and we will be doing this more often.

Just had a party for Mothers Day and was impressed with Steffens rentals. We rented the hot cooker, snow cone and ice cream. All were a big hit. Equipment was in great shape and worked as expected. Thanks Covington crew! We will be back.

Excellent customer service!!! I rented I rented a stump grinder and they took the time to show me how to better utilize the product for the job I had to do. They took the time to answer all my questions, couldnt have been happier with the staff and their courtesy!!

We rented a walk behind Bob cat with a trenching tool to install a long French drain. The equipment was ready to go when we showed up and the lot crew was super helpful and made sure we knew how to operate it. Looked like they had a lot of tools and party hosting products available for rent, we will definitely go back.
