This experience has been a nightmare. City main waterlinebreak flooded my garage. It is 3 months later and im still waiting. Ive had a POD in my driveway stuffed with my contents of my garage for 6 weeks! And there is still no end in sight!

My experience with ServiceMaster by Lovejoy was phenomenal. I had significant standing water and water damage on two floors of my home due to a pipe that had burst while we were away. They showed up at 3AM with comforting smiles and willingness to work through the night. They continued to come back daily for over a week to continue drying and cleaning up the mess. They were courteous, professional, diligent and comforting during what could have been a very stressful event. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

Two stars because the carpet cleaning man named Steve was very nice and polite. As far as the actual carpet cleaning — not good at all. Once it was finished, I paid $125 for spot treatment and overall cleaning. The stains were still there, as well as an awful smell emitting from the carpet immediately following the day of the cleaning (maybe not even 24 hrs passed). Ended up taking out carpet and throwing it out because it was ruined at this point. Money wasted & price was high for the low quality job I received.
