Online check-in for the Mister was convenient! The wait time being displayed was fairly accurate and also convenient. We were there on a Sunday, so we caught the football games, which made the wait fly by. The Mister loved his experience and said he will only go to Sport Clips now (this was his first time) because of the great service, the cost, the warm towels, the minty oil, and the quality of the cut! His cut does look phenomenal! He looked like a completely new man when he came out of the chair! They clearly heard what he wanted, took his face shape into account, and ensured his cut would accentuate his best features. If we lived in the area, we would return to this exact location every time he needs a cut.

My first time there. Haircuts start at $26 and then move up with the type of service you need. They have televisions with sports that you can watch while getting your haircut. I didnt have to wait very long at all they except walk-ins. Clean and a nice environment. The haircutter that I had was very pleasant and really wanted to make my haircut how I wanted it. Since it was my first time there I got a free upgrade on services which meant shampoo hot towels on face which was actually very nice and the chair that I was put in vibrated like a massage chair. It was relaxing and pleasant the haircut I like a lot. Would recommend. I do not know all the services that they provide because I only wanted a haircut but you can call them and find out. You must wear a mask. But I believe if you are fully vaccinated you can have it off later.

My boyfriend went in for a cut, made an appointment online, he waited inside for an additional 20 minutes before he was even spoken to. The girl that cut his hair wouldn’t allow him to hold his mask over his face and unloop his ears (which he was allowed to do EVERY time before) needless to say his hair looked awful! One side burn was completely missing while the other was at least 1-1.5 inches long.

We had a little bit of a wait but well worth it. Deziree (sorry for the mispelling) was awesome. She was friendly and kind she cut my daughters and my hair. She and I had a great conversation during the whole process.

Very disappointed with this business. My 13 year son and I got to the location 10 minutes before they closed. Not one person in the lobby waiting and we were told they were not doing anymore haircuts. I understand the hours have temporarily changed to close at 7 but if you are not taking customers while you are open maybe you need to change your hours to close at 6 then. He really likes going here because of the atmosphere. I guess we will have to rethink this for the future.

They closed at 7pm. I got there at 630pm. One waiting and only one cutting hair. About 10 open seats. Receptionist said they had nobody to cut. So, I went home and cut my own hair and probably turned out better.Note to business.... Hire more cutters !

I took my 9 year old son there for the first time... big mistake!!!We asked for a mid fade hair cut, and got nothing even close to what we asked for. Im obviously no professional, but know from seeing my babies hair cuts all the time, when someone knows how to do their job. I honestly feel the hairstylist should get more training on this kid of hair dues since boys (and men) use these type of cuts often.Definitely first time coming to this place!!!!

They take way to long one you check in online you have to check in when you get there it is irrelevant to check in twice! and once you get there you still have to wait over an hour. the app or time management system needs work!

I go here frequently and enjoy the friendly, welcoming attitude of the employees. I’ve been going for maybe 7 years and they’ve never let me down. Be sure to ask for Tara!

Great staff! They are working really hard to stay safe during this pandemic. They do a great job listening to my needs and make my hair look great! They are also great with little kids too and will let the small ones sit on your lap.

Friendly staff and clean inside. Easy to use app to book appointments. I didn’t realize before sitting down to get my hair washed that the shampoo they use is for men. It tingles your scalp and smells weird, which I didn’t like. I wouldn’t use sports clips again for myself because it’s more geared towards men.

I love this place I was referred by someone at work who had an amazing haircut, and I had to ask him where do you go? Jolene is amazing.

Took my 2 year old there when they opened. Was told they would be ready in 20 minutes. Went back after 25 minutes and was told 20 more minutes. It would be nice to be able to make an appointment and not be kept waiting in our car for 45 minutes. At least give a semi accurate estimate. Its already hard enough to get a haircut for a 2 year old.

I like the online check in system for both my son and myself. I can see the wait times and plan another day if needed. Miss the annual Season Pass sale though. Good no nonsense haircut with head massage if you choose MVP option. Would like to see a rewards option for free triple play or something.

Great internet experience with a lively group of people who are just interested in giving you a great haircut. Pricing is a little funky with your continual coupon but I have seen this everywhere throughout the valley so take it with a grain of salt. it be nice if the institutions just had a flat affordable price without you needing to jump through the hoops but it is what it is.

Dont remember the brunette who cut my hair. She did a nice job. I get home cuts from another. I had just gotten a tooth pulled 2 hrs earlier, a mouth full of cotton and the novacain was wearing off. Was aggrivatingly painful. Sorry, didnt mean to be rude. Coupons are good for better tips.

0 stars if I could, let me explain what happened:At 2:30 pm, my mother called asking for a spot in line, as we have done in the past.Response: We can not do that as we no longer offer the call ahead program. But there is only one person in line at this moment.Mom: Alright we will be on our way.We get there at 2:40 pm, and I put my name on the clipboard and then I sit down. It takes 45 minutes, 45 MINUTES for someone to take the clipboard and put it into the computer.During this time I am texting my mom saying,Hey, so I am still waiting I think I am up next.YOUR STILL NOT IN THE CHAIR YET? I AM COMING IN!, MomMy mom argues with them a bit, and they quickly recognize that I am here and have been sitting around but then they say according to there system I have only been waiting 28 minutes and that they use the same waiting techniques as Great Clips. By this point it is 3:10 pm and I still dont have my haircut.An hour and 20 minute, 80 MINUTES OF MY TIME, to wait for a decent haircut, we also have the 5 MVP haircut plan so we have to use the plan up 4 more times. Sorry but we are very disappointed as I have liked coming here but it has been too much time. I have other things to do, that I had planned today instead I have spent a total of 3 hours of wasted time. Writing a review and calling up the place.

I usually dont rate businesses, but this place is really good! We get awesome service everytime. Kirsti is my favorite stylist...shes always smiling and cuts my familys hair perfect every time. Yes they can get busy at peak times, but thats because theyre that good!

Wrong length of hair cut, very dull beard trimmer was not a great experience. Ive never had my beard plucked before I wouldnt recommend it.

I had Ren and she gave me a great cut and a very relaxing shampoo/headmassage. I didnt even have to wait at 10am on a saturday like other places. Youre in and out of here fast leaving happy!

Nice place to have your haircut. Hairdresser are nice too. The big plus is the warm towel on your face after the cut.

First time here. Called, was told 10 minute wait. Came in, 5 others waiting. Signed in, not one person said hello or anything. Waited five minutes with nobody moving. Finally someone gets called, and its the person who literally showed up two minutes before.No idea ifthey called ahead but would have been nice to know that was possible when I called.Walked out and went somewhere else.

Terrible, left with my hair wet and full of some wierd product that made it itchy and red... literally the whole time she was cutting my hair I was afraid she was going to cut my ear or something. On top of that I know she rushed the whole thing because when she was talking to another co worker she was describing how she’s going camping and wants to leave ASAP. My back of my head isn’t even lined up or around my ears

Needed a haircut on Sunday and was on a time crunch so I called a few of the local hair salons to see who had a opening right away. sports clips said that they had no appointments and that I could schedule for 15 min from that time. I drove there and when I arrived they said that they had no appointment for me and that they had 2 other people in front of me. She also said that she was taking a lunch (kinda like she was annoyed that I was taking up her time) I checked the phone # with her and confirmed that I called the right place and left. I found a place down the street that got me in right away had great customer service and was in and out in no time. definitely not going back to this location again. I have been to other sport clips that have been amazing and great customer service in other locations but this one didnt meet my lowest standards for service.

Very slow. Online check in is a mess and I checked in and called to ask where I was on the list. They said I was first in line then I show up and I am 3rd. Even though I said I was in a rush and 10 min out they took other ppl back and are chit chatting it up after the haircuts for 15 minutes, while 6 ppl are waiting. Poor customer service and your online check in is one of the worst I have seen. It doesnt work!!!

Overall the haircuts are good, skill at cutting is usually decent. The place is well modernized and very busy.
