Could not be happier with the service at Kellys. Needed a new front bumber and grill. The repair work looks exceptional. The bonus for me is that I do construction work and the inside of my car was messy and covered with an inch of dust. They detailed the inside of my car. Very happy with the crew at Kellys!!

I cant really say anything about the service because they totalled my car out. Inasmuch, Phil was kind, understanding and took time to explain the process as he evaluated my vehicle.

They replace the broken glass in my sun roof did a great job on my hyundia sonata.

Read gr8 reviews on Phil and his team, thought I would give em a try.They did a super job on my new top on my Sebring convertible. Phil keeps his finger on the pulse on each job in the shop. Only problem I had was locating serial # on top for warranty card. Will call Phil for that info. Cant go wrong with Phil and his A1 team. Customer for life !

Phil and the team at Kellys did the body work and paint on my 1968 GTO convertible. I was 17 years old at the time (Im 48 now) .. no joke! Phil and a couple of the guys in the shop have been there that long! I have so many good memories from that experience. They treated me right and their work was outstanding. I stopped in a couple years ago and Phil remembered my name! Im looking to get back into collectible cars and I know exactly where I will be going to get my work done.

I took my car to be cleaned and dried out after it was flooded. The owner said he would remove the seats, shampoo the carpets and mats and replace the pad under the carpet. When I came to pick it up it still smelled bad. He admitted he had not replaced all the pads because he said he couldn’t do that (he did not tell me this beforehand or call and tell me it was a problem). The mats smelled so bad as soon as I got them home I put them in a laundry tub and soaked them in Tide. That took care of the smell completely, indicating that he didn’t shampoo anything, he just dried it out. Plus, he gave me an estimate of $250-300. He charged me $400. Now I have to take it to someone who is honest and will do the job right.

Phil and his talented team installed all new leather upholstery in my 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser.I purchased a leather kit from a third party that included new leather for the front and rear seats, headrests, door armrests, and the center console pad. Along with the leather install I also had them install heated seats and new seat foam.The install met my very high expectations and there were no problems at all.They called to let me know how things were going and promptly told me when the truck was ready to be picked up.There were no delays in the timeframe that was discussed before I dropped the truck off for work.I would highly recommend Kellys Trim shop to anyone in NKY/Cincinnati.
