I couldnt even come up here and help out my elderly parents without my vehicle being towed. Even residents who live here with their apartment permits are getting their vehicles towed and the office managers laugh when confronted and think its funny. People live here on a fixed income and have to pay towing expenses, $175.00, with money they dont have this place is not family friendly, this is why they are moving.... Dont move here if you have a family or friends or caretakers who need to come help you and you cant afford the extra expense....

You can watch the fireworks from your apartment and very close to the river and the stores. The people are very friendly.
