I had my depo taken for 3 1 /2 hours last year; I naively asked for a copy of the transcript. Imagine my sticker shock when they billed me $895.50! And, even though it was just a copy, it was not negotiable. They wouldnt tell me if I was paying the deposing partys share but it couldnt have cost that much to print out a copy and put it together - and some of the pages were out of order and there were wrong words. They are not regulated so they can charge what the market will bear. Dont do business with them; they will scam you to the poorhouse. If I could leave no stars, I would.

Very expensive for mediocre work. Your money is better spent elsewhere. When problems arise, they dont care. Their 5 star reviews must be written by themselves or family members.

I am an attorney and used this company for a couple of depositions. When the invoice came, they nickle and dimed me to death. $25 fuel surcharge, $50 cert surcharge, $5 exhibit tabs, $140 in shipping and handling. Absolutely ridiculous. These people should be ashamed of themselves. This is a SCAM company

My experience has been horrible! First I am told I need to prepay so I do. 11 months later I am sent a bill that is a significant amount. They charge for 1) gas because they sent a lady from far away 2) color copies which we NEVER received 3) a second volume that didnt have line numbers (which you need if you go to trial.) their employee refused to correct the mistake and the result was in trial prep my team had to count up the lines and in trial we had to ask our Judge to count up the lines! This cost me a fortune and about 3 times the amount of the bill! Despite all of that when trying to resolve the conflict they dont return phone calls.
