The only reason im giving a 4 star is beacuse you are my go to Uhaul center and i want to countinue to keep going to your center. Suggestion. When propane payment system goes down please open a 2nd register for propane payments. Had to wait 45minutes to pay.

Bought my bike rack hitch and bike rack here. Very nice, personable, and professional. The only thing that happened that was negative.... the muffler support hangar was broken upon installation. However, the only reason I still give them 5 stars, is because they didnt have to tell me. I wouldnt know the difference, because I wasnt going to look under the car. Good honest employees.

The staff is professional, be able to help me with everything I need. We want to rent a van because we are moving to another city, the staff helped me to schedule a van two days in advance. Nice

Kind of scary to have to drive your own car on a ramp! Make sure you have someone to help. They tell you to watch a you tube video.

Been here numerous times to rent different size trailers. They never disappoint & always have what i need. Always excellent customer service no matter who i deal with. These guys make the process quick & smooth. Just rented a motorcycle trailer for 1day, $14.99...u cant beat that. I never leave reviews for anything, good or bad, but i decided to leave one today because i was impressed with my experience.Definitely coming back.

I was going to rent a truck but I decided not to because William was berating a client regarding a form a payment when the guy was returning a truck he had rented for a couple of weeks. After all that the form of payment processed. I do not do business with companies whom treat customers this way

This place really sucks,service is terrible and be sure to spend big bucks.$19.95 is a gimmick rented there twice.First time I paid $180 went back and forth to Victorville and milage was roughly 145 miles.Which is understandable.this time from Covina California to Los Angeles I paid$114 which included 30 miles.They havent explained why so much for one way rental on a ten footer truck.Do your homework before renting fromU haul.???

Called to check if they had propane, the guy that answered sounded like he was high, but said they did and would be open for another 2 hours, so I drive to them, pull up to the propane station and an employee walks up and says theyve been out of propane for more than a day, and even said I must have dialed another location, so I had to dial it in front of him to prove he was wrong and not me! Stop hiring IDIOTS U-HAUL!!!

Just called these guys about installing a wiring harness to my car so I can get ready to tow things around town and the first thing he ask me was WHATS YOUR PHONE NUMBER I asked him why he needed my phone number and he replied So we can see what kinda car you have .Lmao how in the hell are you going to know what kinda car I have by me giving you my phone number should have gave him the Trash company (Valley Vista )number.

Every time I go there its always something I have to wait for a long time to refill my propane tanks or they cant do it at all this place sucks balls
