Had my dryer repair with appliances & parts. What I appreciated about there service, they were on time an on the day they promised. Service man was pleasant, once I explained my problem he knew exactly what to repair. It was quick and left the area clean. The price was responsible.

I have needed this place 3 times in my life and each time I was in awe of the savant like knowledge of the owner. One time I had a a plastic gear from a broken trash compactor between my fingers when I walked in. I held it up to ask if he had it but before I could get a word out, he asked me if I was working on a broken trash compactor. The second time, I had the part number but told him the part I needed for a washer. Without looking in any manual, he rattled off the part number from memory. Today I will attempt to get a starting device for a fridge and I wont go anywhere else. Im confident I will be successful here.

Same day service and repair. We almost went out and bought new washer. We even considered a new set. My washer has side load. Would not drain, so when door opened after, the water poured out. I research other repair stores before we had Steve drive out. Within minutes he knew the problem and had the part available. My washer returned to service inside 1 hour after being out of used for 3 months. Definitely wood again for any other service he c as n offer.

Steve has helped me from across the country for years. He is VERY knowledgeable and honest. I live in SC, and he has been able to describe correct ways to repair my OK&M either over the phone or via email. We dont know what we would do without him. Steve ROCKS!

The owner was super-helpful! He took the time on a Saturday morning to make sure I had the part I needed and knew how to install it. He didnt try to up-sell me and only gave me what I needed. Definitely recommended!

I called asked for a part for my dryer and guy that pick up the phone was rude .. he needs learn how to treat the customer a lot better .. most people that call would not know what they need .. a big part of customer service is helping the customers as must as possible not make the customer feel uneducated..

Didnt want to test for me a relay. Offer him $. Went to another place 2 blocks away and they test it for me free and I didnt even ask them to do it
