Had the most horrible interaction with Tricia. She answered the phone with such attitude and lack of interest in helping me with my question. I explained my situation and she replied with Oh great like a chola - and then asked me clarifying questions (all questions that I answered already if she had only listened). I know I called close to closing but theres no reason for her horrible demeanor. I guess its because she owes me a refund check and doesnt want to part with the funds.

Covina escrow won my loyalty with the first transaction. That was caught years ago. No other escrow company gets my business now. She literally will educate the agents to make the purchase happen.

Covina escrow is by far the worst escrow I have ever worked with. Run dont walk away from using this company. Tricia is non responsive to communications and literally almost blew my deal by her incompetence. On top of it they way overcharge for their services. Tricia charges so much because their service is so bad she knows you you will never come back. Expensive with poor service is a terrible combination.
