I want to thank the team for teaching me how to communicate effectively and for always being there when I drop the ball and walking me through the steps to pick it back up!! I have been here now for several months and even my Family has seen what training to become a Manager has done with my situation. I appreciate this program! and the culture they have of always getting together as a team for a BBQ on the weekend or team nights on Thursdays.
